Video id fine but no sound!!

Video emails stopped working. Customer support is not working either. It's a bit frustrating to pay for services that do not work, and get no help to resolve the matter.

For years, this was a 5 star extension. But in the last two months, it's been terrible. The first time Cloud HQ was down, so I figured that now that the server was back up we'd be good to go, but it's not true. It allows you to record the email and send it, but then the video will not playback for the sender or the sendee.

Glitches all the time. Try and open the video application and just says 'Loading' or you record a video and it will not embed it into the email. Works occassionally but overall quite a poor product.

doesn't play within the email. opens a new page. didn't even work. just froze. don't bother. great idea tho.

The problem with this is, It triggers SPAM alert. I made a test video, sent it to one of my other Gmail accounts that receives email regularly from the sending email account, and it went into SPAM with a warning from google.

I have had this app on my computer before, since I upgraded to windows 10 I find that the video will play; but there is no sound. I need to now use my google drive to prepare my chats. This is very inconvenient. I have checked my headset, the computer settings and everything works; but not with your program. As stated before the video works but no sound.

wouldn't come on in my MBP. And no access to settings to tweak it.

Google babies must be snooping around on the hard drive. It sucks up all your memory.

Works fine with an original email. For any response within a thread, the recorder never launches for me. It shows a LOADING screen, but won't pop up the recording window, until I close the pop window, and then resize the compose window and then it'll pop up.

I LOVE the idea but why does it need to open a new page? I thought it played right in the email. Am I doing something wrong? This would absolutely be a five star if it played in the email.

Cool but not as cool as it could be... Why can't the video play IN the email? That sort of defeats the purpose. I could have just uploaded something to google drive or dropbox and sent that... Please make this so the video can play in the email and then this will be a solid 5 stars.

Much easier when the video ikon was on the "compose" gmail screen so you could easily record. New Gmail fights you on it. No you are constantly having to re-"enable this item"
