Don't waste your time.
waste of time! App doesn't send emails so kinda the main point of the app so idk how you guys screwed that up.
NOT FREE DONT TRUST EM THEY STEAL YOUR DATA
I'm sure it works fine but the developer requires you to set up an account in order to use the extension, so it's not truly "free.". I am not interested in signing up for yet another account from yet another service provider, with all the spam that will follow. I uninstalled immediately.
After 3rd time it stops to forward emails. Usless
Not as advertised. DOES NOT WORK
by far the worst extension. Their forwarded messages spare no opportunity to market themselves, to the point you have no option but not to use it and uninstall the extension - excess of everything is indeed bad.
$20 a month to send more than 50
not going to sign up for your service - this was supposed to just be a simple utility. Don't trust you.
Due to the hourly limitations, you're actually FASTER by just forwarding individual emails yourself (I tested this). Which means this extension is LAME. Plus you need to create an account just to use a function that's ALREADY available in Gmail? All this was supposed to do, was add some minor convenience. Not worth the price, and DEFINITELY not worth creating a whole new account for. Not sure how this got 5 stars... people really have low standards these days. But if it works for you, great.
Charging a monthly subscription for this in the double digits? I think not. You're insane for this pricing model.
Really?! I add this to forward multiple emails, but it has a 50 limit max within 24 hrs? I can forward far more emails manually than 50 an hour! Is this an early April Fools joke? LOL
On day 1, I forwarded 50 emails at once and that worked fine. There's a 50 message limit per 24 hours, so I came back the next day to try to forward another 50 messages. It said that my limit had already been reached, so I couldn't forward anything else unless I pay. I tried for a third time the next day and ran into the same problem.
Really bad experience. After requiring me to update Google Chrome browser, the software crashed several times (I sent the manufacturer the stack traces to prove it). The filter feature was totally broken and although I selected about 500 emails in Gmail to forward, it forwarded more than 2,000 (good thing I caught that and cancelled it because I would have been locked out of Gmail if I didn't). The "Select all messages that match this search" feature doesn't work (more Error dialogs show). After sending 4 emails to support...the support team sent me the contents of their "Help" page in an email. Totally hated working with this software. Uninstalled and never will use it again. Recommendation to the manufacturer - get a real software QA tester, write test scripts, test carefully.
This mentions literally nothing about the unpaid limitations of the app in the description. The limit is 50 emails every 24 hours, without any option to auto send after those 24 hours other emails that are selected. There is a subscription charge of 15 dollars per month to gain access to most of the features of the extension that are actually useful, and it mentions nothing of it until you sign in with them and give them access to your account and the emails inside of it. Screw all of you.
This extension is really shady, basically a spammy marketing popup for the company. Terrible experience.
I spent $40 on the subscription for 2 months and couldn't forward all 15K e-mails that needed to be forwarded. At a rate of 500 e-mails/day, this should have taken 30 days. However, technical problems such as the applet hanging on the "compiling list of e-mails to forward" stage preventing the job from getting done even after 60 days, so I totally wasted my money and now I'll need to start from scratch using another mechanism.
First, it does not tell you UPFRONT that you have to create an account with them in order to use their extension. Otherwise, you can't use it. Second, it also doesn't tell you that it will add a little promotional button to Gmail promoting Cloud HQ and its products (in the upper right, next to the search bar). I consider those two practices abusive, and will be reporting them to Google.
Why in gods name would I pay A HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS to be able to forward multiple emails at once? This is an abomination. The app looks great, but is 10x slower than the FREE multiforward app I found. I'm offended by price, by the fact that I downloaded this app and tried it, then when I check progress notice that it says I only get 50 forwards before I have to pay money. I'm thinking $3 a month or something....nope, $150/year. Absolutely outrageous
$15/month if you want to forward more then 50 emails a day. No thanks. I sent out my 50 limit and then found that many did not forward. Royal pain to have to audit each email to see if it went through. Might as well send them out one at a time. THis dumb app wasted my time. Big thumbs down!
It requires creating an account. Every second service these days (no matter big or small) requires an account. Why would I create an account for a simple task like this? Just another burden in my already cluttered digital life. Totally unacceptable.
i have to give all permissions and instead of sending all mails it tell me that i can send only 50 mails in 24 hours to send more mails i have to upgrade and buy membership which is very disappointed.
WHAT IS GOING ON!?!? I selected 50 emails to forward ... And the selected email has had like hundreds of emails coming in for 2 hours now. I can't tell if they are copies of each other, or the thread has been broken down so each response is its own email. I'm going to have to check and re-check which emails came over and in what order .. So not only has this extension not saved me any time, it's actually gonna COST ME TIME. Assuming, of course, the emails ever stop coming in.
The arrow doesn't show up in the UI when I select the emails
It keeps telling me to enter at least one email address after I have already entered the email address. Tried multiple times and I keep getting the same error.
Doesn't work. Click forward, asks to log back in when already logged in and then it fails to load the next page. So it is either garbage or fishing. It also disables the ability to remove 3rd party google apps... so even more reason to think malicious
Impossible to uninstall. I now have a ugly icon in my gmail. It feels a bit like a STD, been careless, now it's there.
Recieved an email from them as soon as I installed the extension. Then it asked me to create an account. In summary, they collected my info without my consent and used it to subscribe me to some mailing list. And that's all before I even knew that I needed a goddamn account to use the stupid thing. This extension sucks.
Terrible. Why would you charge people to forward more than 50 emails?
This is stupid!! You follow the instructions and when you hit the 'forward emails individually' arrow, you get taken back to the tutorial!! Just scammers, ppl who put these things up!
Simply doesn't work. Even the button doesn't show.
I readded it just to do this review. Why do they require creating an account right from the start? I just want to try it out but I guess now I can forget about it. Not friendly at all.
I shouldn't have to create an account to use this extension. Thanks anyway.
Requires that you create an account (why? Seriously, there is NO good reason for this) and has 50 limit per day and THIS IS NOT STATED AT ALL ANYWHERE THAT I COULD FIND BEFORE DOWNLOADING. I wish SO badly that I could give negative stars. I'm so infuriated with the people behind this extension.
Batching did not work at all. Individual send, they all bounce in 24 hours
Not working! When I want to send some emails forward, the gmail shows: "Oops, you’ve been logged out"...
Does not work,
Within 24 hours of downloading this app, contacts within gmail notified me that they were getting phishing emails from an email address had spoofed my name. Beware.
Requires an account to even try the most basic functionality.
Did not want to agree to the terms because it says that it will give itself acess to read your emails and information
The app only lets you forward 50 emails a day, so it's not useful to me at all.
It's pretty bad. There's a daily quota that is not mentioned prior to installation. The whole point is to be able to forward a large chunk of e-mails - this limits it to 50 per day?!
First thing after installation I got an email from them. Since I've never provided my email address I assume they fetched it on their own from my Gmail tab. So no respect for my privacy from an extension that can read all my emails? No thank you.
first off, i only selected about 25 emails and it tried to forward everything in my email (over 400), then it didn't even forward the recent ones i selected AND there is no way to cancel forwarding once it's begun
Didn't work.
Doesn't recognize valid email addresses with certain characters. I only downloaded this to email things to Clio and doesn't work.
Attempted to forward 2 emails and it stated I exceeded the 50 per day limit. Now I have to get this piece of garbage off my computer.
I selected 21 emails to forward and I get the message that I'm over my daily limit and to upgrade for $4.99/month. I have not been able to forward my emails.
suspicious permissions.
Doesn't work.
