Started the pro trial just to be able to translate full web page. The option is disabled in the extension. Tried logging in and out. Still not enabled

Why can't the shortcut keys I changed here be used?

I can't disable the AI button even though I never need it. It This is kind of ridiculous. The space under the cursor is expensive. Any unwarranted popup in that area obscures text, you know! Text that you *read*, you know! If this extension thinks it's the most important thing in the world which has the right to distract me with its bells and whistles each time I select text on a webpage, then I'll just remove it and use the alternative from Google.

The more someone improves it, the worse it gets. At first it was a great application, but now it's worse than Google Translate. The number of characters that can be translated is constantly decreasing. The translation is terrible. It often adds words, sometimes even short sentences, or deletes them. Sometimes even a paragraph with a longer text. It has trouble distinguishing positive and negative. When I translate a longer, more complex sentence, it can't cope and writes complete nonsense. It has to be cut into simple sentences, like for complete idiöts. It often simply doesn't translate: "your text cannot be translated". It has problems with language recognition. On the other hand, it still offers a paid version and AI tools, and you have to click it off almost every time you use it. Likewise, that stupid toolbar that expands every time you load it and can't be left collapsed by default. I don't recommend it.

Doesn't work when I right click on a text and choose "translate". Nothing happens. Garbage.

The latest update stopped translating from English to Russian.

after some time the sidebar had stopped working at all. is only repeats what I write into the text field.

It's very annoying that the language settings are reset every time I open an extension. Additionally, there is no quick switch button between the two language options while using it. For example, when translating from Turkish to English and then back to Turkish, having to select each language individually from the list is poor UX design. A button with a two-way arrow could be added to enable quick switching. They clearly haven't prioritised user experience.

Force you to select a plan and even for a trial, asks for credit card information, and then fails to translate anything by saying: "Sorry, we couldn't translate your text. Please try again later." It took me 10 minutes to realize it was a scam and cancel it. Their plans go up to $50+, which is quite an appetite for a quality they don't offer.

Been using it daily for years now and it's not working anymore on 1.46.0. No translation, keybinds are dead.

Please add Persian language.

It's unnecessarily expensive. The free version is useless. They market it with artificial intelligence, but it's a standard translation app.

Not related with AI, it just use Google Traslate API. So, no difference with Google Translate extension, just they people with keywords

It doesn't work on pdfs, on google. It doesn't work on reddit neither. When we use on a editable text, it edits the next and changes to the default language. I don't want that, I just want to see translation. I really like the application but on linux it doesn't work. But about the application the problem is it always logs me out so I have to login to translate longer text. It's annoying. Alt c shortcut doesn't work on many websites

Shows a register windows every time I open the browser, can't disable it. Very annoying.

Translations are so lame and poor, just awful, there's no way I'm paying for this.

Unbelievable bad translations, completely useless. I tested translating from Portuguese, French to American English, and all DeepL did was literally show the original sentence again as "translation". The "translated" text was IN THE SAME language as the original. And yes I have screenshots to prove this. So then what is the point of this "translator" when it doesn't actually translate anything???? 0/5 stars. I can't believe they want money for this.

THE SIDE BAR UPDATE RUINED WHOLE PRODUCT. WHAT THE F IS THE ICON ON THE RIGHT OF THE PAGE. DONT USE THIS SIT TILL THEY WILL FIX IT.

The new sidebar icon on the right side of the screen is annoying, I will disable this extension until there's option to remove it

The DeepL icon is now forced to appear in the sidebar on the right side of the screen. There is no option to hide it and it is extremely annoying. I forced the element to hide with uBlockOrigin for now, but the product manager should be fired for making such a decision with impunity.

Please, disable the DeepL icon from the sidebar on the right side of the screen. Forced to remove the extension until this issue is resolved.
