It is paid. It leaves signature/logo of this extension in the receiver email.
It was fine until 03/23/2026 until it suddenly stopped without warning and they haven't responded to the messages I left for several days, Very disappointing
even if link tracking is off, it redirects your links to their tracking server https://l.jumpto.es/ but the tracking server cant load or may be considered unsafe so my receipients cant access the links i send. I would have contacted customer service but that's only for premium users
The enshittification of this extension has started. First you forced free users to manually remove the branding signature every single time. Now you have removed the free limit that allowed viewing tracking history for 10 emails per month. Step by step, useful features for free users are being stripped away just to push paid upgrades. That is not improving the product. That is squeezing the user base. Uninstalling it and switching to an alternative. If others feel the same way, leave a review and switch so the developers realize they do not have a monopoly.

I have been using Mailsuite in my business for 2-3 years which was a paid subscription and it's worked great during this time. In early December 2025, for unknown reasons Mailsuite stopped working and is no longer tracking emails. Between early December till now at the end of January 2026, I have sent 7 emails during this time to Mailsuite support and have had NO response to any of my support requests. I also set up Mailsuite using an admin email address for my company which the tracking was working and I sent 2 additional support requests and still received NO response from support. I do know from the admin email account that support did in fact open my email after it was sent since the tracking was working on this other email address. There is no way to call the company and the only way to contact support is through email, though they do NOT respond. I have since cancelled my subscription for this service and will seek other options..
Used to work great, then they made basic features paid too. Few months ago they started having a signature on my emails without asking me, and it used to look like a feature which is only visible to me (as a sender) and not to the receiver, later I never realized its a signature which will be shown to the receiver too. I had been sending my emails with that signature on each emails. There is no option to permanently toggle it off. It can only be removed when you are drafting your email and you will have to remove it for each of the emails. Another worst thing after they put a paywall is about seeing when was the email seen. If you miss the notification on when the receiver sees your email, then you will have to go through "10 free unlocks for this month". Why? So that you will get frustrated and then pay them for their monthly expensive subscription for this minimal job.

This is worthless. Unless you upgrade to paid, a branded company signature, "EMAIL TRACKED WITH MAILSUITE" accompanies all your emails!
They recently became adware. Every day I open up email, it interrupts my workflow with a popup offering their subscription discount. I'm already a paid member too...
I used to use this extension (the free version) for years now. I've noticed recently it doesn't work anymore with google accounts in the sense that it doesn't return back notifications if an email sent to a gmail address was opened or not. Tested it myself on a second gmail account I have. It doesn't work with other email clients I tested too. I think they just broke something.

It has also been logged out from my all gmails and could not be enabled. Also perfoming this issue on Android. Can you tell me why this is happening? all mail going to spam and marked as phising, if i send same mail without it enabled, everything works fine
I paid for the paid version only to not be able to log in. I don't know why and nobody is available to help me in support.
The application is alright, but their business practices are very shady. I purchased a product from Mailtrack, then googled and installed this extension, thinking they are the same. The title is "Email Tracker by Mailtrack®", but this is false advertising. The company name is Mailsuite, not Mailtrack. It was good until it restricted the views of email opens
Now they swich to susbcription model .. now time all functinalatity are getting worse
Why did you remove the count for Mailtracking? Now it started showing as several times instead of count(in numbers), that does not give any visibility and then there is no point of having this app. Please update it back to number of times emails are getting opened. Rating with 1 start until this gets fixed.
Thanks for giving all the features in free before but now it is useless nothing is there in free version. Switching to alternative option.
Used to work great, then I was logged out and whenever I try to connect my emails I'm redirected to an error page. Support is absolutely useless, been trying to contact them since MAY and not a single reply despite using contact form and emailing the support emails directly (even the advanced support email).

Previously, in the free plan, the application showed how many times the e-mail was opened by the recipient, but in this latest update it no longer does. The field showing the number of times the e-mail has been opened is blurred. Removing a feature that was previously provided in the free version just to force the user to buy the paid version is not a good marketing strategy. Those who use the free version will look for another extension to replace this app.
The free version of Mailsuite used to work really well, and I found it very helpful. However, it’s not working now. Kindly allow it again so I can continue using it. Thank you!
Very bad experience! It logged me out on its own, and now I can’t sign in no matter how many times I try. This extension sucks!
It was so useful to see how many times an email has been opened, sadly this feature got moved to the paid plan. It was in the free plan for years, cause of this I will switch to other tracking software.
They have now removed how many times an email has been opened from the free version. We previously paid for the Advanced version on our business account, but the facilities this provided were frankly useless. We did and do not want email campaign facilities, document uploads and signatures (we use Acrobat for that) and priority email support. We simply wanted to have a FULL Tracking History, which we would be happy to pay for, but not at £99.84 yearly or £119.88 per year if paid monthly. Regretfully, we will now investigate options with other providers.
The free version gives almost no useful information. Previously, it at least showed how many times an email was opened, but even that feature is now gone. At this point, it feels pointless to use. I’m not surprised by the low ratings, and I wouldn’t recommend it. There are many other tools that offer far better insights. I regret even trying this one.
It got disabled, I've a premium account and it is not getting enabled at all; I've authorized it multiple times but it just can't sign in and stay greyed out, tried reinstalling and what not; just not working.

Tried every recommended troubleshooting step and sent test emails each time to both Gmail and Yahoo. Then confirmed the emails were received, i.e., opened, but never received the green checkmarks showing the emails were opened despite all relevant boxes in settings checked. Apparently, upgrading to paid version doesn't necessarily improve functionality.

What a scam program. In free licensce, you can send only one e-mail. If you want to send one more, you have to acces premium, without premium u cant send any emails.
Doesn't do everything it claims! Started using the free version, then upgraded to the paid version, it DOES NOT show who opened your email when you send to a group, it only show sit was opened. Unfortunately I'm unable to share a screenshot as proof otherwise I would. Thanks for taking my cash!
Why you guys need following access - Compose new emails - Add new emails meant for a different email address into your inbox - Send emails for you - Delete your email - Create, change or delete your email labels It should have "Read your emails" the only access - once this is fixed then ready to use it until then not possible

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support over the past 2 Weeks. Since, April 16th, your service has been completely non-functional for my 3 advance accounts. Every time I try to log in and enable the extension, it keeps redirecting me to the authorization page in a loop. The extension stays disabled no matter what I do. I have: Cleared cookies and cache Reinstalled the extension and browser Tried multiple browsers and devices Nothing has worked. I’ve sent multiple emails to your support team, but have received no response at all. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering I’m a paying subscriber. Please resolve this issue immediately or refund the subscription. I expect at least a basic level of customer service — right now, it feels like none exists.
