Ridiculous - CONSTANT pop-up adds for buying Adblock service. BYE!
Out of the blue it adds 'Allow Acceptable Ads' flag and enables it without consent! Read the name developers, it's called Adblock!! AD BLOCK!! There are absolutely NO Acceptable Ads!
Get rid of those annoying pop up ads for your premium service, you cheap suckers
not working
not working on youtube anymore just says content not available if i disable it works normally another adblocker down the drain
Blocks exactly 0 ads
Will occasionally pop up an ad to itself... ironic.
my adblock has given me an ad for their premium(in the top right) and won't close.......
doesn't work on most sites, kinda shocking since it serves no purpose without that
It shows you ads. You open your browser and it opens a new tab to try to get you to subscribe. How ironic.
No because it wont even let me play the games I want. NO NO NO!!!!!!!
Does no block ads at all pay wall not worth and does not work does not do anything not as good as ad guard it is a pay to work
1 star is even too much rating i give a 0.4 star, you mean i have to pay for blockingpop up cookies and autoplay videos, I specifically added this extension to my chrome browser for those 2 purposes now you want me to pay for it. I suggest to anyone and everyone not to add this extension, it;s not worth it.
you want me to *pay* for an ad blocker for it to do anything? u serious?
What's the point of using an ad blocker that behaves like adware itself?
got this . dont work very well mainly gumtree
I can remove it.
Used to be usefull & free, Now, a Useless extension. Every site where i need this says remove the adblocker. So doesn't do the job.
Now whenever i use this addon Google says i generate traffic and asks me to solve captchas or youtube says i need to loginc to confirm i am not a bot in INCOGNITO mode.
it says This item is inactive, i can't re-enable, and didn't work for a while now
It re-enables itself after I disable it for certain websites and has become more annoying than actual ads
bricked my web browser. originally just caused a lot of lag on startup of chrome, and a few days later, would stop me from opening my browser completely. checked through task manager and watched as google chrome popped up only to disappear moments after.
Frequent messages prompting for payment (Premium upgrade) pop up. There is no button to close the window, so you have to reload the page to get rid of it. It covers the web content, is extremely disruptive, and interferes with form input. Since the extension's core functionality and performance were mediocre, I stopped using it.
Stop using this ad blocker it has ads in it as well no thx... I found another
Go from website ads to ABP popups. Thankfully there are other great options. At least the uninstall works without popus.
worst ad blocker ever
garbage, doesnt do what it says :(
Pop ups and pop behinds now happen as much with it as without it, it's really bad now. It allows the invisible full page overlay redirects, that redirect when you click anywhere on webpages etc. It's genuinely rubbish now, used to be far better.
How is AdBlock Plus a free ad blocker if you must pay for it?
I'm finding it near impossible to cancel my account. help please
how to block some sites they keep showing up especially insurance companies? i didn't give 5 star or even 4 1/2 stars i gave #1
doesn't even block ads. its pretty bad if it fails the one thing that it does.
Not actually free. They sweep you in to only offer some ad blocking support while wanting you to pay a subscription
it is not working seamlessly on chrome, it forces you to hit refresh before every video, on youtube anyway. No more auto DJ action.
This extension has blocked my Chrome for months, I have tried everything to find out what was the reason for glitching, until disabled this extension, everyhing works perfect now.
BS adblocker that constantly begs for your money and makes you have to manually block ads half the time. Do yourself a favor and try something else.
Ad in YouTube is still showing
Still showing ads! BY! Useless!
Do you want to get ads for no ads every day shoved into your feed? This is the extension for you! ABP will forever harass you to pay while breaking sites.
VERY BAD! IT SOMEHOW HACKED MY COMPUTER!
does not work at all !! terrible app that has no purpose and hasn't had for a long time now. recommendation: use firefox and an ad-blocker that actually help protect you
ok but opens a new tab to congratulate itself frequently
I don't recommend using Adblocker Plus, anti-virus "Kaspersky" found virus in file "background.js" of this extension.
not free and good luck cancelling thier is NO phone number only a long list of ignorence you have to do that consitantly redirects you to buy the premium policy then when you submit for help they dont get back to you they just keep hitting you with a pop up asking if this page is helpful just so ya know at that time at the bottom of the page it said" 80some people of almost 500 found this page useful"that kinda lets ya know pathetic it is
Not free -- false advertisement.
Never buy it it's very bad and ineffective.
It claims it's 'free' but it doesn't block ads unless you pay!!!
The ticker says it keeps blocking ads but it isn't actually blocking any ads, some sites stop working entirely while it's active and other sites i've listed for do not block still register the ad block as running after a few songs and makes me refresh the page. Hasn't really worked properly in over a month.
Ts is just a rat and will hack your pc dont download ts
they basically try their best to bully you into paying for their service with a passive aggressive tab pop up that can disrupt anything you're doing by prioritizing the tab. In addition they have 3 "do you want to block cookies" popups in the top right of any webpage 2 that you can close, and one that you literally can't close at all, these people are the scum of the earth and i hope they go violently when their time comes
