Does not work at all. Each single post is back in seconds after "deleting" with ESUIT.

Paid for a monthly subscription through PayPal. It was working fine for about 12 hours but then their website said that I no longer have a subscription. Checked PayPal and the subscription was active and paid for. There is some type of back-end problem on their end with managing subscriptions. I contacted their technical support, which was just unhelpful AI that did not do anything meaningful. They never contacted me back so I went to PayPal and requested a partial refund, which was immediately granted. Soon thereafter, they canceled my subscription on their end.

Terribly buggy, tried to use it on my feed doing one month at a time. I had to restart the query at least 10 times for it to fetch all of the entries for the month. Similarly, the query feature is buggy, finds only a fraction of entries with desired keyword. I did pay for the subscription. But it's not worth the money. The deletion is so painfully slow and so much doens't work well. It's faster and more efficient to delete using the FB activity feed itself.

50 deletions for the free version. You know that isn't even 1% of most people's comments if they've had their account for years. This developer tries to excuse charging past the 50 because of 'development costs'. Its a simple macro system that only works on FB. There were no development costs. They are LYING. This is just another gotcha extension that should be completely free PERIOD when compared to other free extension out there that do so much more. Don't pay these crooks. They clearly buy reviews as well. Wouldn't be surprised if they steal data to sell to hackers as well.

after u finish ur 50 deletions u can simply close the extension and use the devlopper tools the delete the transparent windows that covering the other options then ull see a bul dlete option inside the facebook window itself u can use it but it asks for ur password as it looks like a legitimate facebook request while actually its not its the script asing for your password to it gets sent to their servers because u were able to use it without premium never enter ur password and if u did change it right away

I bought a premium Facebook content removal package, but they put API limitations. They market it as unlimited when selling, but there is no such thing!

You say you have not mentioned anywhere on the page that it is not a free extension. This is true, but this is by design in order to get people to download it. Extensions etc are usually marked if they cost something or have the purchases. When they are not, that is a clear sign there are overpriced in-app purchases or subscriptions. Dont pretend like just because you misled people with the wording or by omitting the truth that you have somehow got this high ground. Also I read over the page several times, and it doesn't say anywhere about the in-app purchases What is disappointing is that unlike several people, I do believe that development deserves to have funding, but what I am seeing constantly is stuff like this, micro=transactions, bots in the reviews, and monthly fees so high that a lot of people just simply will never be able to pay it either, and if was more of a one time fee, or one with paid updates, then you would probably have more people who actually can, and want to support you. just a thought. In the meantime, idk, hopefully you'll change your mind and explain it in the description so that half of the people aren't just mad at you, since that makes no sense

Product does bulk deletions well. However, the freeze version is limited to "50 deletion credits". So nothing for free. Find something and save yourself time.
