It is not made clear before downloading that this is a) a paid service and b) no longer being maintained.

What happened to your extension? Yesterday was fine (November 3, 2025), but today it's changed. The downloaded file is not on their original file names, also needed to be "in the new create folder" not "Download" directory folder from Windows due to "it contains system files". Please fix this ASAP! Revert the changes!

Only downloads a single video/first video from an album, like all other downloaders. No way to download remaining videos in album

I have been using this extension for a long time. BUT today 06/16/2025, it suddenly stopped working!!!

Does absolutely nothing! I downloaded this to save facebook stories which it says it does. I never saw the icon in the video even after reloading the browser. I clicked on the extension and all it does it open a box that asks you to login and suggests more extensions. Deleting this right now. Don't waste your time.

It hasn't been working since yesterday. It only shows, "This video does not have any available downloadable resources. Please contact the developer for assistance. They will work to resolve this issue."

The name of the files are not named by user.

neither version, downloads HD. The bulk version doesn't do bulk, it doesnt even give an option too as shown in the product image. only downloads a VERY scaled down version of what you want. pretty frustrating. stay away.

How do we use this extension? I don't get to see the download option on facebook videos. Does it even work?

The default download is SD when clicking on the icon, I downloaded thousands of videos before I realized it and now it's time to find each video and download it again

Completely useless, cannot even get Facebook to load page when this extension is installed just a blank page comes up. Uninstall it and facebook works fine again need to fix the bugs it's worthless now!

Downloaded a video comment. Does the job, but the volume of the video is very low compared to the original on FB.
