With version 1.11.10, the “seen” feature is still not working in Messenger. Please fix this, ESUIT DEV.

Still not working. It shows from your side that its working but you can still 'seen' a message for the other person.

Not working after "See all in Messenger". Had to double check the app to see if messages are left unread, but they're not

I guess it's not working anymore? Messages and facebook stories records that I've seen them. Hopefully it gets fixed and I'll immediately change this review. Still thank you dev

DOES NOT WORK! I did a test - posted a story on a fake account, then looked at it on my real account. Showed up that I was a viewer :( Beware!

Facebook recently said I've been automating or w/e. And the only thing that change to my usage was me installing this extension. So bye now!

Worked okay-ish, did what it says son the tin which was enough for me, even though unread messages persist as notification / you can't mark them as read. Yesterday though it just completely blocks the site from loading at all, when I disabled this extension it opened as expected again (=this extension was preventing the site from loading).

Doesn't work since Facebook moved dedicated Messenger to Facebook Messenger, did work for a long time though. Messages will appear as unread on your other devices, but they will show as read for the recipient.

Stopped working today :/

using this, it logs out my account some rare times and hijacked my account, i don't know why but this extenstion is good tho, it's just that i'm not mad or anything, it's just that someone logged in to my account because i can see the activity logs

It was working before, but today March 14, 2026 it wasn't working anymore

messenger unseen is not working as of oct 31 2025, i hope developer can fix this issue. 😔🥹

Cannot send messages from now

November 27 - cannot send messages in group chats and community chats in facebook and messenger websites.

NEED UPDATE STOPPED WORKING BY 5 JAN 2024

App (kind of) works, it does not get seen even when I read the message tho, but the status is "Delivered", I want the incoming message just to be "Sent" not "Delivered" on the person who messaged me.

1.7.0 is NOT working on Brave, blank page.

Having it on will only show the blank page annoyingly I need to turn the extension off and on for it to start working again. Already removed and re-added but still experiencing the issue, but hey it still works, just needed to perform an extra step.

It doesnt work in Brave. Whenever I open facebook or messenger it only shows blank page.

When this extension is enabled my Facebook account doesn't load but when disabled that is the only time i can use my account.
