Why this extension can only download 1000/3000 videos? I tried many times, and changed the setting but didn't work.

it was a great extension, now they charge 10$ for 5000 downloads

This works however there exists a veiled payment system that should be presented to users upfront or featured more promoently within the app. Finding out mid-download that you reached your cap is a disingenuous approach and creates unnecessary obstacle for someone to have to purchase unlocks like in a pay-to-win mobile game. If a user would be given this information upfront it wouldn't feel as deceptive and dishonest as it does when it's presented during a download.

Does not work on brave and can't just download one playlist or collection. You have to download all favorited

DO NOT USE THIS APP. Every time you download more data, the previous data you downloaded in the folder will be WIPED!!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Always freezes

It keeps saying i dont have any likes and it wont download anything

It only downloads 5K liked videos. It just keeps scrolling liked videos but does not actually download anything anymore

It doesn't even let you download anything. It'll say you have nothing favorited. Plus if you try to download from folk you follow, it lags super bad. Not worth it, guys

had over 1000 liked videos, extension downloaded 10. fiddled with the settings, only had a few slideshows, still only 10 downloaded.

it won't let me select a folder- it just keeps saying waiting for OS Window :( help please!

This never works for me. Every time I try to use this it keeps giving me an error. For some reason it works for everyone else but me and it's not fair. How else will I be able to save and organize my posts before the ban??!!!!!

Selecting the previously used folder makes my browser crash every time, completely unusable now.

I am an android user with chromium base browser and it can't support.I don't have pc or laptop either and android chrome doesn't have extension. So how am I supposed to download it?

says downloading but out of almost 250 vids only 20 are actually downloaded. absolutely useless

Can you enable this so that, when I download my faves, it will save each favorite to a sub-folder based on which collection it's in? It would make it so much easier for me to sort through all my downloaded videos. I have literally THOUSANDS of favorited videos, sorted by more than four dozen collections, so having them be automatically sorted by collection would be a huge time-saver.

Real weird this app instantly downloads random java files, don't trust it unless the dev gives a real good reason.

I've recently hit the like limit, and it paygates to download more, which is both sketchy and bad. Beware if you want to save more than 5k likes (which took me a few years to do), it will then prompt you to pay, somthing it doesnt say at all on its page.

It fails at the most basic thing, downloading your own videos. How can they make an extension that lets you download everyone elses videos but your own? All I want to do is download and back up all my videos at once. This extension is crazy? Do I need to make a new account just so I can favorite myself and download my own videos? This thing is nuts.

UPDATE : this app now gives me trojan (virus) warnings.

Don't know what other people are doing to get this extension to work, but when I have it installed the side panel for the extension never appears, there's no way to make it appear. Without it, I can't see any way to download TT media.

works well but is sadly limited. after x downloads it stops working. it starts downloading from the oldest likes, so with the limit its mostly usless EDIT: reduced from 2 to 1 star because the payment option to unlock downloads isnt even working, complete trash!

Was 5 stars until it limited me and refuses to download further unless you pay. Disappointing that this is not initially disclosed, likely for that reason.

Worked at first, but then when my computer shut down while i was asleep i tried to do the process again and it wouldn't scroll past 404 of my 7138 videos. Anyone who had this same issue and fixed it, how?? I don't want to lose my videos!!! Help!!!

for some reason it just stops at a certain amount of saved videos and says that the rest have been deleted, which I know it isn't true at all, I've tried finding a way to bypass it but nothing works.

I know this extension is very great, but unfortuanatly it's having trouble downloading all of my favorited videos which are onyl under a 1000 and I made sure to remove all the removed videos from my favortied section. Im leaving this comment to let the author of this extension know of this error

Downloads liked and favorited videos just as promised. Seems like downloading followed accounts that are private doesn't work. Hope that get's fixed.

Good app, but dev is greedy scum. After 50 downloads you are charged per download. I could understand charging for the program, or even a subscription, but per download is Apex scum level. There is a reason all those file hosting sites use a subscription, and part of it is no person would pay per download given an alternative. Honestly if someone hacked this app and removed that part of it I would support them instead

Works great until you reach a local file limit, then it asks for money to enable more downloads. VERY scummy.

some videos have photos in them is there anyway to download the photos too without water mark

Difficult interface. Need options to download a specific profile. Shouldn't be forced to download 10 at a time. Flexibility is required.

this extension has been an absolute lifesaver in the midst of the threat of a tiktok ban, at least until i reached around 7500/20000 downloads. whenever the extension scrolls past video 7500 it only gets through a couple of videos before throwing up an error disclaiming that scrolling has been interrupted and to give it a few minutes. even after giving it multiple hours to refresh this error doesn't go away and the extension doesn't continue scrolling. i've tried a restart of my computer, closing out and reopening my browser, and now uninstalling and reinstalling the extension... hopefully it'll start working better soon. i'd love to give this extension a 5 star rating because up until now it was working flawlessly but it's disappointing to be given the impression that i can just leave it running and go about my business for the day when in reality i need to be babysitting my computer to refresh and restart every 30 minutes or so for only a dozen or so more downloads.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but it refuses to download more than the same 3 videos. It says Ive scrolled to 27 videos (in reality, I scrolled to all 2202), but still only downloads 3 then stalls. I have PLENTY of storage (an empty 2TB external), and can't find any troubleshooting for this extension so far.

Unfortunately this extension doesn't work on my laptop after keeping it idly on for a few hours. I have tried with other browsers with this extension as well (along with reloading the webpage and restarting the laptop itself), but it still has not worked in downloading any likes or favorites. The developer responds to questions and concerns quickly, so I assume it's on my end for why it's not working. Update 1/18: I was able to eventually fix the problem by trying different folder locations. It seems to not work on Cloud folders and external drives from my experience.

It says I have 50,000 videos i liked, but its stopping downloading at 5000 and says i downloaded them all. A few were deleted but that's clearly not the majority. Can you look into a way to nudge either tiktok or whatever is going on so it will record more? It recorded all the favorites, but wont touch but a small sliver of my liked videos. Frustrating. Ive tried to scroll further a few days in a row but it keeps doing it

The extension works great! I just wish I could download more than 5000 videos. There shouldn't be a limit. I can understand the need for payment, but there should be other ways to do it for free. Perhaps by having a download daily limit or changing the folder for the next 5000 downloads.

It was amazing until I hit the download limit that I didn't realize existed. Putting that information on the extension description so that people could be aware of the limit ahead of time would be nice. (Similar to phone apps having the little "in-app purchases" label)
