Description

Built by the Trello team, this extension makes it easy to capture any aspect of a webpage and import it into Trello as a new card for follow-up. Rather than watch tabs pile up, use the official Trello extension to capture what you need to follow-up on and then close your tabs with confidence. Find all your saved cards in your Trello Inbox, ready to be organized onto any board. HOW IT WORKS - Install the extension and pin it to your Chrome toolbar - Click the extension to capture the browser tab you are in as a new Trello card, with URL linked - Highlight a line of text on the page and click the extension to capture just that snippet as a card - Right click on any image or link from within a webpage and select β€œAdd to Trello” ADD A COMMENT TO CAPTURE CONTEXT You have the option to add a comment when you click to save something, and anything you write will be added as a comment to the Trello card that gets created. Doing so can help remind you why you saved it in the first place. πŸ’‘ Tip: Try listing a future date in the commentβ€”that date will be added as a due date on your Trello card! For paid users with AI summarization enabled, the Trello extension will auto-generate a card that translates the webpage context into suggested actions and next steps, where possible, and uses any comments you made via the extension to improve the quality of the output. To access this feature, upgrade to a paid plan at trello.com/pricing. ABOUT TRELLO Trello’s visual interface, featuring drag-and-drop gestures and customizable backgrounds, offers a natural way to plan your work and stay on top of your to-do’s. This is not a Trello extension. This is a "Trello Inbox" extension which is a separate product available only to premium users.

IS THIS THE OFFICIAL TRELLO EXTENSION FOR ADDING WEBPAGES TO THE TRELLO INBOX? Sorry for shouting, but man it should say so. Atlassian, you are falling asleep at the wheel support wise here. I hope you reply, and fix this. The publisher of this extension is somehow NOT listed on the Chrome Web Store page and it sure would be helpful. Fix this, Atlassian/Trello!

Used to work but hasn't worked since early October 2025. Here's hoping it gets fixed soon. I also wish I could save a card on my board instead of in the inbox.

A good start, but the Inbox being the only destination makes it useless to me.

We use your app for project management, and I like it, but client calls were always running over our billable hours. I found Minute Minder and it’s been a game-changer for our agency. The AI Agenda Assistant drafts a goal and segments based on our calendar invite , and the custom reminders with sound cues keep us professional and on time. It’s much better than just a basic timer.

I think this is a great innovation but...the Inbox being the only destination like many have said is quite a limiting factor. We need to have some kind of preferences so you can select existing cards and organise things otherwise, it's still a cognitive overload to go back into your inbox and then triage it and send it out. So if you could factor this into the next release, that would be brilliant.

It's nifty to be able to add stuff to the inbox to drag/drop later, but it would be more useful to have the option to give the 'bookmark' that goes to my inbox a card name instead of just a comment. Oftentimes the websites that I mark to go to my inbox can have very generic headings/subtitles, so I have to make comments to make sure I know why I added that bookmark. We should be given the option to rename the card before saving. Less manual work later.

The Good: Extension does what it says: allows right click on any part of a page/image and auto saves a Trello card in the "Trello Inbox", also allows you to save a page from the pinned extension at the top of the page. To Improve: (and why 3 stars)I do not use the Trello Inbox and instead have organized my work into a primary custom Trello board, in order to use the extension effectively, I would need the option to choose my primary board and ideally the default List. Additionally, it would be nice to the have the option to change the title of the card before the extension saves into the board.

It only allows adding the current page to the inbox.
