Every once in a while(at least once a week) it stops working properly. It doesn’t follow the prompt at all. We are asking to write long messages with detailed instructions, sometimes even adding extra prompts, and the result is just a single sentence. How has this still not been fixed? I’ve complained many times, but it seems like no one really cares.

Installed, first thing I see is a menu with "pricing". The extension isn't listed with "in app purchase" that's dishonest.

tired of weekly issues that we are facing. we are paying for the elite membership and their "priority support" is just for marketing, the support almost does not exist. the extension does not follow the style and length, which is super annoying. Please do not reply this comment with ai created comment to contact you guys etc etc. I did multiple times already.

Super expensive. Can't write on webpages as it may look like it does. It's not a writer. It's just another window for ask and answers with no connection nor interaction with the page you are.

The prices are ridiculous. Mate, I’m already paying $20 for ChatGPT and have access to Copilot, Claude Sonnet, Gemini, etc. Why would you think I’d pay another $16 for a popup window?

Another one of those "Subscribe to use another subscription" garbage.. I swear I am about to start making these products and free to use so all these penny pincher companies will go under. Paying to use something else that you pay for should not be a thing and we should stop supporting this. Otherwise in 20 years youll have to have a subscription to use a subscription to use a subscription to use software that you pay for and also have to subscribe in order to stop seeing ads. Can only use 15 times a month for free, so don't even bother.

This extension has access to each and every site you visit and is also privately storing all text input in the background including Passwords, Credit card numbers and so on.

I wanted to use this app to seamless improve my email messages and make them better written, but the UI didn't allow me to do that. I highlighted the text and nothing happened. Tried a different things, and no how to instructions for this use case.

Disappointing as free version takes long time to load response. How do I know if it will work fine after I purchase their license.

Using this extension for free apparently requires being logged in to ChatGPT in another tab, which is already pretty inconvenient. But even when I have logged into ChatGPT in another tab, it still tells me I need to do so, and thus leaves me unable to use the extension at all. I even created an account for the extension in case that made a difference, but it did not. Restarting my browser and even my computer did not help either. Worse yet, attempting to report the issue through the extension just gives an error and doesn't submit.

This no longer generates commands, just errors and tells you to report the issue to ChatGPT Writer tech. Oh, but then the error report can't be submitted b/c of an error. This extension constantly breaks, gets fixed, and breaks again. It's easier to use Chat GPT directly rather than using this extension. Uninstall.

It doesnt use the Gmail native UI, so you need to format the text again

Worked when installed but now just quotes the previous email rather than generates a response. Will adjust to 5 stars again if it gets fixed!

Does not work. After confirmation it is connected to ChatGPT it just repeats the query plus content of original email.

I prefer Grammarly. This is not easy to use.

I tried it, then I uninstalled it. Why? Here's what I wrote on their website: "Your algorithm is too politically correct. The extension seems incapable of providing blunt answers/responses even when asked to. I don't need you to apply a Woke Filter to what I want generated."

The extension has stopped working properly. Whenever I try to use it, it does not generate any emails. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the updated extension, clearing the cache and cookies, and updating the browser, but nothing seems to fix the issue.

Having below issue for 3 days now: There is an ongoing issue with response generation for free users; The issue has been resolved in the upcoming version 3.0.6. Your extension will be updated once this version is live on the Chrome Store shortly.

The app doesn't do anything special that you can't do with the regular Chat GPT interface. I uninstalled it. I don't understand the hype.

I like the concept. But most of the time it just copy past the lines in the Response generate section without doing any changes. I raised this issue multipule times to technical team but no resolution. Same issue happened with others as well. Please check the others comments as well.
