Does not log tasks at all. even though the timer was running during the task.
It is showing up the wrong time.
It really sucks and asking me log-in every 5 minutes.

Since the Welo data migration a few weeks ago, i was initially able to log in to the Aquarius extension without major issues. Despite a few minor problems, i could still work with the authenticated time extension. However, after logging out or possibly being logged out automatically i am now completely unable to log back in. I consistently receive one or more of the following error messages: "Invalid Captcha" "You've reached the limit for code attempts. Please wait 10 minutes before requesting a new verification code." "Due to a high volume of requests, your code could not be sent. Please try again in a few hours." "Network Error" These issues have persisted for several days. I am 100% certain that both my password and phone number are correct. I’ve followed all recommended steps, including: - Enabling pop-ups - Ensuring Chrome is up to date - Removing and reinstalling the extension - Clear Cache Browser Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the problem. If the extension is indeed required even for routine tasks such as time tracking work it’s important that it functions reliably. The current login issues have persisted for days and are affecting not only me but several other members, despite following all the recommended troubleshooting steps. At this point, the issue appears to be on the extension’s side. We’re raising this to request that a fix or update be prioritized as soon as possible, as the situation is impacting productivity and access to necessary tools. Thank you for your attention to this.
It logged me out once, and since then I just can't log on again! The extension keeps saying that something is wrong. I try to change de password and it won't let me do it either. It's been days already!
It keeps logging me out.
I clicked "Authenticate" then the page said "This site can't be reached". I have informed the support desk for solution, but the problem not yet resolved until now.

It worked okay for a while (having some issues though, as f.e. recording time on weekend days) but then it started giving error messages. And since a couple of weeks I cannot even authenticate anymore. After clicking the Authenticate button it just keeps loading. Have been in touch about it with the support desk for several weeks now but up till now no solution. Hopefully it will be solved soon since it's now a mandatory option for ads raters. They told me that I will not be punished because of this technical issue but obviously I prefer it to work as it should to avoid any issues.

It keeps log out without notice. even when it track normally, the counter clock works, but welo said I did not use the extension? how come? updated accordingly follow email instruction, but it turn to 403 forbidden with google translate mentioned the web is in Danish? Either Welo needs a better assistance or just uninstall it like it used before
Kept logging me out even though I'm logged in Welo Data. Also time tracker doesn't work most of the time.
It used to be okay, but I'm encountering issue recently. It keeps on logging out and not tracking and display time. It says error 401, unauthorized, even after relogging in, it will be okay for awhile, but after 5mins or so, the problem persists.
Several times a month, all accumulated data disappears and the app needs to be restarted.
This extension needs a bug resolve or an upgrade, it would suddenly pops a notification saying something is wrong and refused to authenticate me when I have to reinstall it (the only way to fix the something is wrong notif)
You will need to re-login to Google and re-authenticate Aquarius if a timer error occurs. We need the timer numbers to be larger and have better contrast. It would be better if it was on the left side of the screen so it is easy to see while working. in chrome-extension://oceohhnabfcnjfcpppaegdfecladagcc/src/views/calendar/calendar.html page, the Sunday is missing from the daily table.
Unreliable, hard to read, doesn't display a nice calendar view anymore, doesn't show number of tasks completed, doesn't follow the correct time zone for what day is which, timer hard to see or read thanks to whoever thought those color choices was ideal. (It should be common knowledge to not put black on grey for readability let alone when it is small small small font). Overall the extension is useless and not worth the time using, especially when the old extension was far better. Edit: They finally managed to fix the time zone issue and changed the color of the timer so it's more readable now. (Would be better to match some of the interface with #F5F5F5 instead of pure white ((or let us change it ourselves)) but.. its a huge step forward from before.) They added the option to select only 1 week out of the month which is nicer than just seeing the entire month, but we still should have an actual calendar format (horizontal not vertical list) of a week or entire month with the tasks done on each day alongside the hours recorded. Still unreliable though and every time they update the extension it randomly erases certain time frames or days.
Having the same problem as Jac Smith. The extension keeps on logging out even though I'm logged into Welo Data. This started around mid December, probably after the last version update of the assistant.
IT IS NOT CALCULATING PROPERLY
In "Time Capture Calendar" screen, task time of Sunday is not displayed.
please, change the color of the timer.
