A sketchy app that charges you $10/month and can only be canceled if you install their extension again. This extension should die. Their cancelation process also fails constantly, meaning you may still end up having it even though you tried to cancel it (Which is exactly what I did like a year ago, and here I am again!)

I needed to subscribe for my purposes; needed the logs for a court case. They do not have an easy at all way to unsubscribe, and their contact email doesn't actually go to an email address. Now disputing this with my bank because they've charged me twice after I actually found the unsubscribe button (don't ask me where it is, I've lost it again). Use at your own risk.

I just tried this and the limit of 100 for the free account is active and not going to work for my needs. Moving on to the next best option.

it works but u can only download 100 messages and u need to pay TEN DOLLARS to use it normally. i would probably buy it if it was 5 dollars but ten is crazy

The free version is practically useless for regular user. Only 100 messages. Also one has to export every single chat separately. I have about 150 separate chats, and I want to download them all. What's the point of an automatic feature if it still requires a lot of manual work?

If asks us to "sign in with Google" or "sign in with email", which wasn't mentioned anywhere as a requirement. I don't like liars.

Requires a login to a different website, savemydayapp.com, and is extremely limited without a paid subscription.

100 messages is not "basic functionality". Be honest. It's not free.

It's worth noting that this will not export a channel unless you buy their pro version. It will only export 100 messages, which is less than you can do by just copying and pasting a large chunk.

Free version is useless. It downloads just 100 last messages. I can just copy them without it
