Scaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam !! I subscribed for one month and requested to cancel, but they claimed they would handle it—only to charge my bank again at the end of the month. When I reached out, they ignored me. Beware!

They are scammers, they lied to us 4 times, they set up 4 meetings but never showed up. On the fifth time when they did show up they wanted our payment information to charge us an extra $80. Big scam, be carful who you give your payment information to.

Total scam, they don't tell you that you can only import Amazon listings with this tool, it is an Amazon copier. I was hoping to import my ebay listings mainly. Total waste of time.

Sad this sucks so bad, unorganized and doesn't show everything that you list in the Zee app. Not sure where all these 5 star reviews came from, but from my experience it's a NO. They also locked me out of my account. They don't send any email updates about anything. I figured I'd give it a try, but there's better out there.

DO NOT USE ZEEDROP!!! I cancelled my service with them, which they confirmed, but they then continued to charge my credit card the following month and now wont reply to my messages regarding the issue. They're scammers with horrendous customer service. What legit business only corresponds through Facebook?? Again, DONT USE THESE SCAMMERS, you've been warned.

. SCAM ARTISTS! BEWARE OF THIS. ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE, THE PROGRAM DOESNT WORK AND THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. Absolute SCAMMERS. I ask them to add a simple website to their system, they tell me that they can only do it if I'm a paying customer and it will only take 3-5 days. I agree and patiently wait for them to add it, they keep putting it on without it actually working properly AT ALL and they keep telling me, wait a few more days a few more days. I PATIENTLY waited for THREE MONTHS paying for the service the entire time yet they don't fix the issues that make it useless for me to have. After THREE MONTHS of being told wait a few days they tell me that I will have to pay an additional $60 upfront in order to get access to something they told me they can do from the start. THEY ARE NOW REFUSING TO REFUND ME.

They will log you out and won't let you log in. Their "customer support" is garbage. Won't respond for days and even then they aren't helpful. DON'T BUY THIS BS.

DO NOT TRUST this company! Zeedrop will randomly log you out of your account and prevent you from logging back in. You will get an error message saying that your Login credentials are invalid and you will have no way to get access back into your account. Zeedrop is a scam! This issue will eventually happen to you, I guarantee it. This is the 3rd separate account where I've run into this problem and each time it takes months to resolve. I never even get refunded during the time they take to "fix" my account. No response from the FB customer service. Absolutely terrible company.

I'm convinced most of the positive reviews here are paid. It would be great if it worked like it should, but syncing things to my product list is a nightmare. It signs me out randomly, and my uploads only work properly about 20% of the time with no real rhyme or reason as to why they aren't syncing. Support is understaffed and extremely slow, my average response time from support was about 4 hours. ALSO, the way they bill you is super shady. They say you can cancel in your Paypal recurring payments section, but they never showed up there, and I was suddenly billed $17 after having no way to cancel it the day before. Now I need to contact my bank in order to figure out how to deal with this. I'll remove this review if ZeeDrop can fix these problems.

Looked like a scam. I bought Tracking Numbers but it is not working. I message their support they are just ignoring me didn't hear back from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM.. beware !!!!

This app is everything I need when it actually works. The extension has been 100% nonfunctional for over a week now with 0 support, even after daily messages to their support team (facebook, email + live chat on site). Get your stuff together as far as customer service and FIX the buggy app. Until then, it's trash

I wish I could show you guys the screenshot. The customer service was so bootleg and unprofessional. Long story short the extension didn't work, I contacted support to cancel my membership because their is no option to on the website, they literally left me on read days ago and then I was charged today for something that I wanted long gone. So that's not fun. Never would recommend. The energy behind this situation was unnecessary and quite sleazy to be honest.

I signed up for this today, after hearing about it a few days ago. I created my account and linked my paypal. I even got a confirmation email. Afterwards, I was not able to sign in. I attempted to create a profile again, hoping it would redirect me to my now existing account. It did not. Instead, I think I paid again. I got a second email with a different confirmation number. I still cannot log in. I thought maybe it was because I was on a mobile device. I have attempted many times and it is not working. I can send my password to my email when I click forgot password, so I know it must have gone through. Still I cannot get into my account. I have sent an email to their support system and have yet to hear anything back. I don't even know how to cancel this since I cannot access my account. I am extremely disappointed in this site so far. Hopefully someone will get back to me in a timely manner, preferably before I pay for this. If this gets fixed, I will alter my review. Until then, I hope everyone attempting to use this service is extremely cautious when signing up.

Shocking, Its had my facebook account BANNED. Also ETSY doesn't work at all! If you try to use the extension for etsy it doesn't copy for just get an UH-OH error.

Signed up and within the first day apparently my password stopped working. Keeps telling me invalid password on the website. Nothing happens when trying to login in through the extension either. Awesome first impression...

The idea is amazing but unfortunately from my experience the app has too many bugs for one to function accordingly. I am unable to paste on etsy and my orders from FBMP and Mercari are not coming in. If it would work at full capacity I would rate it 5 stars!

It's nice when it works, which isn't often. Really hope this gets fixed considering it's practically $12 a month.

Bugs out to much, randomly logs you out. UI and speed optimization could be improved. But overall, it's solid.
