be careful. the onboarding process from paying to actually getting into the pro version is completely rubbish. so far, not working for me. some rubbish email link that has no security. your free account remains in the 'free' category and doesn't seem to be linked to any sort of payment. you have been warned! I only spent $30 so it's not like a desperate issue but i've immediately cancelled my stripe subscription. if they get back to me and it gets sorted i'll come back and let you all know. if not, i'll update this review in a month or so. so... don't go spending the annual account $$$$ yet.

It's not working

This App is not as good as Grammarly, and it makes subscription-cancellation very very hard. I literally find no button to cancel it, and it's not managed by Google pay -- subscriptions either. Think twice before you subscribe it!

I have purchased a premium version and now find it to be a waste of money as it often does not work! I get the message 10 in 10 times -- "I'm sorry, I'm having trouble answering you. Please try again." Useless! Complete waste of money. -- Deep Pandey

Despite making a payment for a premium subscription I have been denied access to the promised benefits. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable.

The free version is only available for 10 messages, and the subscription is very expensive. Why is it so expensive? You didn't create ChatGPT.

The company uses a fake business address. I actually asked the AI about it. This was its response: "My company uses a fake business address for security purposes in order to protect the privacy and data of our users. By using a fake address, we are able to ensure that our user's data is kept secure and not accessible by malicious actors. Additionally, using a fake address allows us to remain anonymous, which can help reduce the risk of targeted attacks." I'm really not okay with a developer using a fake business address. For the record, it claims it is ABC Company, PO Box 1234, San Francisco. I'm pretty sure this violates Google's terms, if not consumer protection laws. Anything added to Chrome should be completes transparent for data privacy purposes.

I love the idea and really wanted this to work, but have tried all day and simply cant connect via Google. The API calls are being rate limited which makes it unusable. I appreciate you get what you pay for, but over the last 12 hours I have not even been able to test the service.

This application is efficient, but not the team that manages it! I switched to a monthly subscription, everything was working fine! As soon as I let it be known that I did not intend to continue for another month, the application stopped working correctly, even though I paid for a full month, and this one is not ended ! One of two things: - or it's a bug, and that shows that the application is not yet ready! - or it is dishonest behavior, and it is theft! If my situation does not recover, I promise that this company will not prosper! Whether you are a believer or not, it's not a problem, but if I put my two knees on the floor before GOD, I can assure you, this business will not go far name of Jesus Christ!

when I select the text and ask to rephrase it, the extension does not work with that specific text and basically starts a new chat

Not an easy browser extension to use, when you click on the ball, it takes you to your account can't figure out where to type until it shows up when it does! And I am a monthly subscriber so fyi
