We use public front-end APIs exposed by A/B testing and personalization tools to collect experiment metadata. These APIs are typically available in the browser for testing and debugging purposes. Can the extension access my experiment data? No. A/B Test Identifier only detects publicly exposed information, such as: • The experiment name • The type of experiment (e.g., A/B test, personalization) • The variation you are assigned to It does not collect or expose private data such as audience segments, performance metrics, targeting rules, or results. The extension operates read-only. By default, no data is sent. If you opt in during first use, only the test name and website domain are shared anonymously for aggregated statistics. No personal data, browsing history, or cookies are ever transmitted.
