I don't know what all the raves are about. This is an awfully poor application in my view... This is just a few of the things I ran into. 1. you can't create a 'global' product or tasks like 'backup site' and assign that to more than one client. Like a 'product'. 2. You can't put projects in alphabetical order, and you can't automatically filter projects, AND you can't create 'recurring tasks or billing without creating a project...so you'll have hundreds of projects that you'll have to scroll through to find anything. 3. Speaking of recurring monthly maintenance tasks..I have contracts that require monthly recurring maintenance tasks. I charge the same amount for those tasks each month. How can I do this in your system without having to create new projects each month. A: At present, we do not have any option or workaround your requirement. You would need to enter the information each time its required. 4: Is it possible to track unbillable time? A: All of our 'based on xxx hours' require a price to be entered for the hours. 5: Can I show time worked in hours and minutes? A:It is not possible to show unit of time in hours and minutes in Zoho Invoice. 6. Can I get an automated report each month for work I've done for a client? a:It is not possible to setup automated recurring reports 7. How about a report showing me the notes for a job I worked on. Can you do that? A: It is not possible to show Timesheet notes in Reports of Zoho Invoice. This application was a terrible experience for me from a communication standpoint as well. I sent an email that said "I figured out a way around your limits placed on your free accounts by importing my contacts into the database, but I'm going to subscribe anyway. And asked a question.' Their answer was "we are glad you have been able to get around the system. {Application Name Here} can be imported from a csv file.

Its hard to give more than two stars I'm a contractor and for the most part works great however the $15.00 a month expensive to in my opinion. maybe a on a one time charge but monthly umm not sure about that!

Its a great app but i'm not sure a monthly recurrent payment plan is the best. A one-time payment option would have been better. $15 a month is on the high side.

great, but the SOHO logo on top of the invoice makes it really unusable product.
