when i click the extension it just opens an about:blank -page.. nothing happens. Extension does not seem to work at all. I've uninstalled it and installed it several times, no game..

I discovered a serious security concern in the way Deep Agent handles some API keys (displaying them in plain text) and I immediately sent an urgent an detailed email to the Abacus AI security and support email addresses on 25th Feb 2026 with my findings. Today is 6th March and I've still not heard back from anyone. Company claims to have SOC2 certification, but I have some serious doubts based on my first hand expeirence and the absence of any contact. (It's also rather weird that there's multiple ratings here with future dates!). I may change this review if and when I hear back from the company and validate that API keys are securely handled by Deep Agent.
