Stop using WEBM , most obnoxious format. Can't play 80% time in other app or device.

Worst extension ever. It used to work before even if we recorded for 3 hours, it would save the full 100% recording. But now, even if we record for just 10 minutes, only 4 minutes get saved and the rest of the recording disappears. I don’t understand why this happens. This has happened to me 3–4 times already. At first, I thought maybe I made some mistake. But now this has become a fake extension. Don’t install it. Try to report it - it’s a time-wasting extension now.

I have entered filename but it unnecessarily asks to add filename to final recording.

Removed it, no matter what I try for the filename, it tells me to add a filename.

Mine keeps saying "Recording Cancelled! Please select an option and try again"

It keeps saying "Please write a filename for the final recording, and then press the START button." even if I specify file names and doesn't proceed further.

Too bad. I recorded a meeting with a duration of 1 hour, the settings for the audio selected by the system were correct, but when I checked the result, the video didn't move at all, and the audio was missing, there was no sound at all. I'm crying, even though the meeting was important for me and the team. so, this app - USELESS

Doesn't work. Will not let you record unless you write down a file name (no defaults here), but won't accept any file name you write down.

Useless. Can't open any recordings with MS Media Playing saying it either doesn't support the file type, or it's corrupted.

no recording found, where does it save it? no options to update or review download location. doesn't look it saves anything, after you stop sharing. wasted my time recording for nothing to be recorded, could have used different app instead. such a waste of time, disappointed

I used to have a screen recorder chrome extension that worked well. I had to change it because of the Windows updates. This one doesn't rescord most of the time. Unlike in the presentation video, the icone doesn't flash or anything to indicate that the recorder is one. Also, most of the time, when I stopped the recording, it cancels it and doesn't save it. It sucks.

You cannot save the recording. even if you can where is it saved i scoured through my entire pc and still didn't get the important recordings. Positive reviews are fake and this does not belong on the web store

Does not record. After you stop sharing the screen, it does not ask to save it. So you won't have any files downloaded.

I added this extension, used it a couple of times. It didn't work. It gave me Malware to my laptop. I couldn't take the virus out so I had to buy a new laptop. DO NOT INSTALL THIS EXTENTION

Says the audio is recording, but is most certainly isn't. Have given the program permissions to use the mic, but still nothing. :(

Can't record system sound.

I was recording a window. The problem when the window closed, the recording could be stopped and saved, however it was just lost. I smell bad programming here

Don't work, it downloads a vid file but when you try to open it, it don't work VLC, windows media player or anything.

recorded a whole meeting for it not to save... this app is so broken.. and not realiable

I try to share my screen but when I download it all I can hear is my voice no record in my screen even i choose windows or desktop or the tabs only. PLEASE HELP ME!

I could not see my recording after i recorded it. I tried to click on my file and it says "Open In App Store", which i don't want. I just want to see what the recording looks like and see if the audio is off because i don't want my voice there. It would not let me do that. I don't recommend this unless someone shows me how, then it would be a complete 5 star review.

Useless Completely

All recordings are black screens. People have asked how to fix this on their site, but there is no explanation.

Not working. The recording file is completely dark screen only.

When I stopped the recording instead of giving me usable video files, it gave me several thousand 1 byte webm files, that I had to manually click through accepting the download for each one

The reviews said unlimited recording time - so i left it to record a bootcamp (8 hours) which i really needed to watch!! it seemed fine - i kept checking on it and it was still recording after a few hours, then checked again after 5 hours. now i've come back and .... it stopped! stopped recording without any warning without any notice and of course without saving any of the file that was supposed to be recorded! THE WORST PRODUCT I'VE EVER COME ACROSS.

When I "record" a video, the file i get is a black screen that is 0:00 in length, and has no audio, even though i recorded for over two minutes each time, and followed all of the steps correctly.

How is it possible not to put an aduio function on a screen recorder. first time on a computer but I have never once recorded a screen without also wanting the sound. I mean for real thats utterly ridiculous.
