Was not able to access the photos because the download was blocked by a Chrome security feature?? How am I supposed to use this Chrome extension if Chrome is blocking the downloads?

has anyone actually gotten this to work?

Add-on indexes all photos, starts downloading, and then at some point will say "Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'currMedia')" and not work anymore. Are there any fixes available for this?

Can't get past the indexing phase, anyone else have this issue and has resolved it?

Tried this multiple times and it did not work. I was on the right "photos of" URL and scrolled to the bottom (not a quick task) multiple times and it never moved past "indexing." Also, despite the prompt that you can nvigate away, clicking on anything would revert the extension back to the original "Navigate to your tagged photos page and hit the button below. Export" text. Maddening!

Got stuck on 'indexing'. At one point it said 'indexing 16 photos' but then nothing happened.

extension used to work but not working anymore. it just hangs on the "Downloading" screen with no progress

Looking for some help here. It looks like it's a brilliant extension, I just can't seem to get it to work. I keep getting the following error: Couldn't find an open Facebook Photos tab. Anyone have this error? Error: Couldn't find an open Facebook Photos tab. Please navigate to your Facebook Photos page. I just downloaded, ensured the link ended in =photos_of and even tried a separate window. Thoughts on how to pull all tagged photos from FB?

EDIT: For some reason the first time I used it it worked perfectly. After I tried donwloading from another album (1800 photos) it broke, and never worked again. It got stuck in Analyzing, and now just Indexing (sometimes counting number of photos and most of the time not even that). I also tried the first download that worked previously, but didn't work either. Maybe the developer can check it? I can give you more feedback, but I've been trying 2 hours straight, and couldn't get it working again. 5 stars. It worked perfectly, after looking for a method for a long time this was the only one that did the job correctly!

Works for tagged photos. Requires additional $7 fee for adding timestamp data to EXIF data. However, it states "all photos uploaded by a particular Facebook user" but there's no option for doing that in the extension. I'd like to download and add timestamps to all of my uploaded photos in addition to the tagged photos (which does work as intended), but there's no option for that.

Does it's job, but has hidden fee of $7. Shows it at the last moment, as usual. UPD for developers: I understand that fee is for "extra" feature. But you do have a reason to hide the fee until the very last moment, don't you? Otherwise people could google "facebook greasemonkey tagged photos" BEFORE using your tool, and it could ruin your business model.

good but time stamps don't work when you pay

Spending $7 to format timestamps is too expensive for me. I found an alternative version 'ESUIT ｜ Photos Downloader for Facebook™', which offers more configuration options, more formatting choices, and is cheaper.

It will work to get your photos, but the metadata solution doesn't work and the dev doesn't appear to be actively responding to qs.

I don't want to give this a bad review as it is clear others have had this work well for them but when I use this extension it gets stuck in the download step. Once at 1354/1522 and again at 738. I really want to give it 5 stars but it doesn't seem to work for me. Any advice would be helpful!

Gets the job done. Had a hard time getting it to work. Does not store any metadata information
