FriendFilter - Friend List Manager & Engagement Tracker

The app constantly gets stuck at 12%, and has become completely unusable. Support has been unable to correct it, and just gives the same answer each time—remove, reinstall, etc. When it worked, it was a decent app, but because it doesn't work, it's worthless.

App fails constantly. Had to click "retry" over 50 times to get friends list to complete. Then unfriending process doesn't work. Been waiting for support with no results. Piece of junk. Don't waste your money. There's no way all those 5 star reviews are real.

Scam. Works one time. Subbed Pro. Cannot auto react. Asked for help. Sent templated reply. Tried it, doesnt work. Ask again. Sent templated reply. Doesnt work. Asked for refund. Said that we agree T&C of no refund before signing up. Scam. If you have money to burn, try their service. If you have time to burn, try their service. If you have energy to burn, try their service.

This is scam and they won't cancel when you ask them to. Read the 5 star reviews closely to see they're bots and/or fake reviews. DO NOT BUY THIS

Unfortunately, I purchased a rather expensive subscription, around $250, to help me remove inactive friends from my profile. After several attempts to use the tool, I discovered that it provided inaccurate information. I even created video proof and sent it to customer support, but unfortunately, they didn't do much about it. Bottom line, at least in my experience, it simply doesn't work. $39 a month, why not go rob a bank? I'd rather spend $20 to hire a freelancer to do this for me than buy that.

I was excited at first to use this extension to clean up my friendslist. Used this after a life event and it doesn't work as promised, it didn't place the appropriate people in the right categories. Paid for 1 month subscription and tried using this and it is very inaccurate and does not function as promised. This is a waste of money, it either doesn't work, hasn't been put through QA, or this is a scam.

Too bad, I just want to remove some friends. Everything has a paywall, and I can't even try.

Doesn't work. Nothing syncs, it doesn't remove friends, it doesn't whitelist friends and the data is inaccurate. It does absolutely that I paid for it to do.

all features are behind paywall, and the monthly subscription is $37. :( Waste of time.

When i see the deactivated list of friends, i was shocked to see the most engaging friend in this list. It's mean the most worst are it's results.

I did a scan and people who are still very active turned up as inactive. Over 500 results, most of which are fake. They just want to give me a reason to buy in. Lies!!!!

What a waste of time. They steal all your information and "then" tell you only 10 friends can be removed unless you pay $20 per month and then can only remove 10 at a time. DO NOT GET THIS EXTENSION.

NEVER waste your time with this. they expect nearly $300 to do what they're advertising. Absolutely ridiculous.

Only Allows 10 people to remove/ After scanning two times & taking a lot of time, i got to know that it only allows 10 people to remove per day in the free plan...Uninstalled immediately...I could delete 10 people myself in just 2 minutes...

Would never pay $247 a year to have this tool when I could do it myself. If I am going to unlock to pro it needs to be a lifetime one time payment. Other tools out there that are free can do the same thing.

Is a thef, it cannot being test or used without a credit card pay of 10 euros. Beware and remove it if installed.

waste of money, the active and inactive is incorrect, you could delete close friends that are active and current with.

It cant find any friend. Useless

I was not able to get this to work and wrote support several times with no answer. Followed all YT videos and still nothing. This is for the pro version. <3

This is highway robbery. I can't see spending 40.00 a month on a product like this. I can't justify the cost. Not when there are other solutions for far cheaper as well. I would pay no more than 15.00 a month and the annual option is not something I am interested until I have tried the product for awhile to see if I would thing it's worth it.

It only allows you to remove 10 friends per day, which defeats the point of an automated app. I can remove more than 10 friends a day manually, but I wanted an app to help as the Facebook interface is poor. I understand developers have to eat, but give us tons of ads, or lock something else behind a paywall, not basic functionality. Removed the app. Gave it 2 stars because it looks like a promising app if it wasn't blocked in its basic fucntion

Pro version. A little overpriced. I was hoping there was more than one plan that fits all needs

This is a great tool. I don't mind at all paying for it, as you can pay small amounts monthly and its a reasonable price for an extension that works well. To cancel your subscription however, is super difficult. You have to create a "costumer service support ticket", which should notify the team to cancel your subscription. I did this twice in a row to make sure it's done. Checking after 2 weeks, it's not. And I haven't got a single response. I have now submitted a third request. It's an absolute shame that an otherwise good tool resorts to this behavior which feels very scammy. Hope that this can be resolved ASAP.
