Hi, I paid for my subscription so I could fully use your features, but I’m really frustrated because I still can’t save ads from Facebook to my library. Every time I click “Save,” it just keeps loading and nothing happens. The ads don’t get saved at all. I subscribed specifically to use this feature, so it’s very disappointing that it’s not working properly. I’ve already tried refreshing and checking my connection, but the issue is still there. I hope you can look into this as soon as possible and provide a solution. At the very least, I would appreciate a response regarding this concern.

Previously, I was on the monthly subscription, and I was quite satisfied with this tool because it helped me save ads from the Meta Ad Library. That’s why I decided to upgrade to the annual subscription yesterday. However, when I tried to save ads from the Meta Ad Library, the Save button just kept loading and didn’t work. I tried multiple times, but I still couldn’t save anything. I emailed service@adslibrary.ai about this issue, but I haven’t received any response at all. That’s why I had to write this review. I really do not recommend this tool. I don’t even know how to reach their support properly. If I receive a response and the Save button issue gets fixed, I will delete or edit this review. For now, I’m very disappointed, especially since I just paid for the annual plan.

I will complain about you, the application is not working. Return my money!!!!!!!!! It has been 1 hour since I bought it, it has not been working for 1 hour, this is a trap, do not buy it.

Doesn't let you save or do most important issues for free. Better to use IDM to just download or use alternative websites

Very bad this tool is not for all countries Specially for Pakistan.....
