TH-resizer

This extension will add a resizer section to TH's image upload page to meet 4MB/2MB size limits. Only for static image use. How to use: 1. In the resizer section underneath the main image upload section, upload the image you'd like to resize. 2. Click submit and wait until you receive a pop-up that says it's successful. 3. The main image upload section should be updated with the new resized image file, and a preview button will appear at the top of the form where you can toggle to preview the full resized image that'll be uploaded. 4. You should be able to successfully upload the image now.
