Chrome MySQL Admin

Had high hopes for this since it's almost 5 stars, but I get a blank screen and message at bottom saying that it's logging in. It never connects. I tried via straight non-ssl connection and also through ssh tunnel. Same thing.

Doesn't connect. Kinda expected it to be garbage.

Do you guys are planning to add support to through-ssh connection? I have no any mysql server exposed and I don't think this gonna happen in the mid term, so I really appreciate if you include this feature. Are you open sourced? I'll be glad to collaborate.

Error Connection failed. -118(CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT) I am unable to test connection. Its throwing this error. please suggest

As a tool is amazing. You will find any of the good features it offers either using it or reading the positive reviews here. However, it is really often that you want to open the app and it's just opening in the tasks bar but never opens the app. You have to remove it and install it again. It has a comodity to save some common-access databases, which I use because the credentials to the many ones I need to access are sometimes really stored and then I need to look for them over and over again, as I reinstall. Sometimes making some queries the app also crashes. This is particularly annoying when you are writing long queries and it happens, with no sight of saving not even a draft of what you were doing. I'd give 5 stars if it gets fixed.

Couldn't connect to the server using the host name and the port. It knew the ip address to the port but it disn't like the password. I know MySQL 8 is a bit pickier about passwords. Does this work with the current versions?

Cannot open the app window although it is running in taskbar.

What the hell . After some days when i click to launch the app. The app shows on the task-bar but would not show up as a window

Sometimes open up without window on windows. Always lose response when I drag horizontal scroll bar to deep right. Has everything I need. Waiting for fix.

Chromium does not run this app.It worked ok on my google chrome though.

It was a great app to do test queries and whatnot but can't seem to open now. It does execute but it doesn't display the application window anymore deeming it unusable.

Has problems with non-english utf8 characters

Few issues ... 1. It gets struck at times and takes some time and allows to edit. During this time it shows 'Ping..' in the bottom.

When it refreshes the database the loader icon shouldn't appear. It's quite annoying. Other than that I love this over MySQL Workbench for Windows. Might even use this over Sequel Pro on my Mac if you all can fix that one annoyance.

- Connect screen should have default port preset. - Databases drop-out list is not scrollable, so if you have 35+ bases, you won't see the lowest. - You cannot edit table structure yet. + Looks nice + Already works with default root user and no password. Might be useful in the future, for now I'll stick with phpMyAdmin 3.3.10
