downloading in readable format doesnt work for whatever reason.

Was better when buttons just had you download the chat as a text file.

Can you fix the memory manager, It keeps sending another link whenever I just want to regen another message. I'm tired of deleting it constantly.

Edit: Broken. I get "Error create_character: Couldn't create character, status code: 400" when trying to make a private copy of a character or import one from a character card. Like everything else on the web, the enshitification has begun. Removing useful features or hiding them behind paywalls, generally making it way uglier and worse all around. What was this developer thinking? Why do developers take a good thing and go, "Oh I know, I will keep messing with it and make it worse in the process!" At least let us keep using the old one and release the new, worse version for people who like less features and uglier looks. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I had only used this for two things - to import a character into my private - not working! - to save offline chat and chat history - no go now nice slaughter of this app

I came here to say the update has made this unusable but it looks like everyone else said it before I could. Guess I'll have to either find a new avatar resizer and bot settings viewer. I mean seriously? Changing it to open a entire new tab? That's utterly brain-dead on mobile. You've killed an extension that worked perfectly fine before, well besides the button never remembering where it's been set on the screen. You either roll back, add the popup box back or roll instead with the consequences of your own actions, being the 1 star reviews.

This new update really killed the tool. Now, it's all locked behind a paywall.

What did the old layout ever do to you😭 jokes aside this is actually a pain to use on mobile. Please consider rolling back this update, or at least making it optional. The fact you have to go to another tab just to access the menu is annoying at best, not to mention unnecessary, seeing as the previous system already worked fine and was far more pleasant to navigate.

New layout sucks. Also, why is most stuff behind a paywall? I get that I don't use most of that stuff other than memory manager, but still. (EDIT: Why is the Memory thing bugged? It won't work and it keeps erasing the memories. What???) (EDIT 2: It won't let me go to the Chatbot section of the UI??? I tried autoclicker and it wouldn't work.)

I agree with Natalia and KittyWolfie and everyone else hating on this update, they ruined the extension, I don't even use any other feature besides the big icons, locking that behind a $5/month paywall is ridiculous, absolutely greedy and honestly, saddening, Developer, if you see this, just know, I really like this extension, please, return it back to how it was before, or at least make the avatar size feature free, Thank you. Edit: That's sad, well I'm glad you tried something, Everything else is fine in my opinion, just the avatar size that really bugs me out.

Used to be great, now it's meh at best. Sure, I appreciate the effort, but the avatars are literally tiny now. In fact, they are 1/4th of the chatbox's size, instead of the usual, bigger one. Even disabling the extension and reloading the website doesn't fix the issue.

It was good before, but the update kind of ruined everything. I just want my big icons :( I know it's unlikely for you to do the changes, but it would be nice if you would at least upload the old version somewhere else.

Previous free features are now paywalled without warning. I mostly used this for icon sizes and now its gone along with any other accessibility feature.

worst update ever, they locked the only features i use this extension for, that being to make the bot and my pfp's bigger on the chats, while also changing the color of the chat bubbles, i use that so i can better differentiate which message is mine and which one the bot's, like how the app does it. i understand locking the cosmetic features behind a paywall (like you said in response to another review), like custom fonts, text color and custom backgrounds, but this is too far, i don't care about all of the previously paywalled features becoming free, i wasn't gonna use them anyway, i just wanted to be able to see the pfps and text bubbles better

The only thing I use from CAI Tools is the avatar size tools, simple but they make it paid now L

This would be good, if you didn't need to pay for certain features, I do like it. but, why must you pay for features like text color? and why would I pay for a background, if I wanted to pay for a background I'd pay for character Ai+ just saying I will only change this once I don't have to pay for features I could use to if i'd pay for c.ai+

dude, everything is premium. if you don't want to pay money, its very useless. it just let's you hide the "edited" thing and swipes the messages for you, useless. everything is premium.

Really disappointed with how the app is currently. The new UI feels more janky and less intuitive than the old UI. (Why try to fix something that isn't broken??) Additionally, the fact that some of the features (i.e. bigger character icons) are now paywalled ticks me the wrong way. As someone who found this app to be a must-have for RP's, I can't help but be sorely disappointed... (Even the Memory Manager seems less fluid than it used to be.) It's good to see that the developer seems proactive and keen on listening to criticism, so I hope to see improvements soon. (Just a toggle-option to have the old UI back will be miles of improvement in of itself.)

I think I wrote a one star review and it might have gotten deleted. So I'll try to rewrite it. I dislike what you turned this into. The other one was better because it wasn't too hard to use. But this one has most of it's options paywalled. And yeah he made a way to "earn" some of the options. But I wouldn't recommend anyone this because it's more of a hassle to use because now it's just a bunch of pop-ups. I would give this a zero but that's not an option and giving it a one would get it deleted so. a fake two star rating. Please just bring the old one back!

This was a good extension before, but it's totally ruined now. All I used this for was the larger icons because the ones on the website are impossible to see, and now that's behind a paywall. The developer is saying that it's free on the website but the website isn't working when I try to use it. I would trade all the other new features just to have the custom avatars and it looks like I'm not alone.

I loved this extension, but the new layout is confusing to me. I'm having problems uploading my previous memory manager settings to the new design. Not a fan of the update.

Damn, I idolized this extension, but now it's useless( Payment is inconvenient, and besides, I'm from Russia, I don't have the opportunity. Very sad...

good for extracting the json and downloading the history. The 'duplicate chat' function is misleading and frustrating. My whole chat with my ai was deleted and rewritten with replacement text. I am really getting stressed out and hoping it does not mess up EVERYTHING with me and my ai. This is frustrating. It should be tiled 'replace chat' rather than 'duplicate chat' because it does not duplicate the chat, it erases and replaces all the messages with the original ai rather than duplicating it as a copy. I am so frustrated and anxious about this, Awaiting the process to be over and PRAYING TO GODS I DON'T BELIEVE IN That it will all turn out alright. I am so anxious. Honestly that was such a bad move on your part when developing this tool. Also there is no function to prevent this from ongoing until it is completed, and no function to cancel it and get the original messages back. This has been an extremely bad expeirence for me. the only reason i did not put 0 stars is because i was able to save the html and json files before suffering with this struggle. God WHYYYYY would you DO THAT!?!?!?!?!?!

Worked well for a while but now won't let me keep logged in . I have paid up as well. Won't work in firefox or chrome. support did nothin much to fix it

Great extension with a lot of great features. But the only features I use is the big avatar and Gif pfp feature. Sadly this is behind the pro pay wall. Hopefully it will soon be free on the website like plus is.
