In addition to several bugs in operation/manipulation and UI as many comments have already mentioned, worse are the completely unnecessary permissions requirements. There is no way a bookmark manager needs to read/change data all websites visited. Legitimate privacy concerns when there should be none. Avoid!

I don't recommend this because I think as of now there's a serious bug: I had selected about five bookmarks in a folder, then hit delete, then clicked "yes" on the prompt and then boom, the ENTIRE folder got deleted! Additionally, it's slower than the native bookmark viewer and for me that makes it even less convenient than the normal bookmark manager.

This addon need so much perms. I guess they mine data from everyone using it.

It's fine if all you want to do is search for a bookmark and open it. But since the built-in bookmark manage now lacks basic functionality, I wanted to search a certain bookmark folder in order to move the matching bookmarks to another folder. It doesn't look like this extension can help with that.

This lack a lot of features, it ask for permission to every url you want to change the title for... and It offer no real advantage compared to the browser bookmarks manager and omnibox...

Recently found issue on loading very slow on a laptop notebook 2.5 inch hard drive,everytime like this, but no issue on desktop pc 3.5 inch hard drive.

I don't see this as much of a Bookmark Manager. It's not like I can easily move or organize things though there's options for renaming and finding. It's a Bookmark Searcher.. and should be aptly named. I use Popup My Bookmarks as a Searcher..it can rename too. Maybe this extension is good if you have an odd need to know when a bookmarks was added.

It is a work of great potential but not done/not finished IMO. I can't add new bookmarks even after adding the ID and restarting both my browser and the extension. Even in the popup menu, if I right click on a folder, I won't be able to click "create new bookmark" and my only option would be choosing a small button under a drop down menu! Also, if I set a folder as "root" by mistake I can't find the way to change it back to its parent! I appreciate your effort but if I'm going to use the viewer only, then there are other extensions lighter than this one.

Far too slow a search to use. Just locks up.

It provides minimal functionality - you can manage bookmarks and plug in does not crash. It is very uncomfortable to use.

PLEASE PLEEASE PLEASE MAKE A DARK MODE FEATURE

Needs to have a simpler way to search within subfolder. Having to right click then select validate feels really redundant when you should be able to simply left click on the specific folder, press ctrl + f, and the search system should only search within the said folder. Also needs to be able to open searched result(s) from a simple middle click instead of having to go back and forth to the "bookmark manager" window and the "search" window. It's so annoying having to constantly switch between two different boxes. Literally all I wanted is just the simplicity of Chrome's bookmark manager, only with a search within folder feature, since google are so incompetent that they didn't even added this basic feature. This might have the one I need, but it's just so annoying to use.

I prefer to use https://linkbook.io for managing my bookmarks as the user interface is much nicer to use and it recommends me new websites the more I use it.
