When I reached out for a refund, they refused to return my money, hiding behind their so-called "policy." This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Companies like this should focus on creating a service worth the money instead of exploiting customers with unfair practices. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more honest alternative.

I just paid $0.99 USD to convert a single document to word from pdf but the job was not done and my money is gone.

Please do us all a favor and clearly state in the description that there is NO free tier, whatsoever, not even a free trial! And it seems that according to Marius, they seem to charge the full price as soon as you submit your billing information. $49.99/month also seems WAY too expensive, IMO.
