worked well but why is there a SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE??? no way am i paying any amount of money for something you can get for free with the opera browser. I was using this for the brave browser (which doesn't have a pop out system) but not anymore i guess.

Horrible DO NOT download this it doesn't even work. When I click the button it just says rate us and nothing happens. This extension is retarded and a waste of time.. whats the point of making one if it doesn't even work. I'd give this negative 500 stars if I could.

After I paid, the service wouldn't link. After spending excessive time, I am down money and effort. I 100% regret using this; it was nothing but wasted time and stress.

It works well. However, after one day of installation, it reminded me that I had to pay to continue using this extension. I was never told this extension was paid so it deserves the low rating.

Works great until it stops working and tells you that you have to pay to keep using it. This is not mentioned on the extension store page or the post-installation page.

Doesn't warn you that its a paid subscription extension, on top of having access to browsing data. So not only are they harvesting your data like a free service, but they demand you pay for the privilege.

Utterly rubbish. Would give zero stars if I had the chance. Doesn't warn of the fact it is based around a subscription service, and before long will shove a warning in your face telling you to pay money for a chrome extension thats only purpose keeps a video on the forefront of your screen. There's a free extension that essentially does the same thing as this that you don't need to pay for that also doesn't need to access your data. That app only shows up second because this one is "Featured" by chrome. Don't trust that badge. Utterly sick of seeing apps and websites like this that try hide the fact you will be locked out of using it after a "free trial". In the world of youtube trying to wrestle out adblockers and every single service trying to pinch your money daily with subscription based payments, this extension can get lost. Another one for the scrap-heap.

Worked for about a week, I paid for a year of usage. Now it no longer works. I click the button, and the app asks me to review it, but the video doesn't pop out. Also, the review it asks for isn't public, so it's not like they're listening.

Wasn't very clear in the description about the fact that this isn't free, I'd recommend using Video Popout it's a free alternative for people looking to save their money :) and works well on any platform

Requires a subscription after a trial of literally just one use, and also only works on Youtube. There are a few other extensions on the chrome web store that work for pretty much every website AND are free which are much better options. The extension overview is also really redundant and lengthy for some reason which makes me think it might be AI generated.

It was good but Malwarebytes kept blocking the extension and when I finally created all the exceptions, the extension forced me here to write a review. I complied the first time but now I can't get past that redirect to write a review. I'm uninstalling and I have to get back to work.

It doesn't work and the website is down. Clicking on the icon in youtube just brings up a "rate us" thing which redirects to a dead site

I went to my open youtube tab, clicked play on my youtube video, and then I clicked the youtube popout addon as it said in the tutorial. But to my suprise, nothing happened, and I only got 3 options, with the biggest one being to use the premium version.

You have to pay for it!!!! They should be required to state that upfront, BEFORE you install it! I hate everything about using a pc now, and using chrome on a pc as well. Nothing is easy. I mean how ridiculous that it should be this difficult to get youtube to play over all of your other open applications/windows?!?!

All it does is add a button and ask you to pay. All you need to do for the same feature is, Right click> Right click again> Picture in picture.

Doesn't work. Installed app, went to YouTube, started watching a video and clicked the button in the YouTube player; nothing happens. Not sure how or why there's so many 5 star reviews claiming this works.

It's not "Fully resizable". At a second monitor in portrait mode the max width is mostly limited. Sometimes it works but if you move the popout the max size is limited again. You have to move the pop-out to the left, close the pop-out, open it again and change size. If you move it after that the size is reduced again and you can start the same annoying procedure again. Useless as the original Vivaldi pop-out.

Nowhere does it say that users must pay for this service after a free trial lasting an undisclosed amount of time. After I removed the extension (seeing as I could no longer use it), I checked the description again, and there was no mention of a free trial or of needing to pay a subscription to use this extension long-term. If my OBS would capture Opera GX (my preferred browser) properly, I would have just used that for its pre-existing picture-in-picture feature (free to use, by the way).

The extension worked great... until I watched a couple of videos and then it won't work anymore without paying for subscription. I will find a free one instead.
