Horrible. Paid the year in advance and wish I hadn't. Searches don't sort properly and lacks the variety of tool options other places have. The extension hasn't worked once in several days. It will pop up and work occasionally but most times it doesn't work. After the prepaid year is up I won't be using again. Far better research tools out there. Sorry Sale Samurai I really wanted to like your research tool but it's greatly lacking in comparison. Suggestions: I'd look into fixing the chrome extension as that is very beneficial for etsy sellers and not at all consistent with actually working. Also, compare your tool options to other places in comparison to what you charge.

BEWARE!!! This company is terrible. I tried their "free trial" and quickly realized their service would not be useful for me. I did not use their service. Yet, They have charged my account $79.99 for 2 YEARS and refused to refund when asked. I contested the charge my on VISA and they fought it. BEWARE. DON't GIVE THEM PAYMENT INFORMATION.

I spent months with this extension that never worked, it crashed the etsy search every time I was going to search for something, it was a nightmare, but I didn't know it was the extension, today I decided to delete google chorme and install it again to see if the problem of etsy search improved, and after reinstalling google chorme nothing changed, I decided to delete this extension that never worked, and to my surprise it was the one that was crashing everything, terrible I don't recommend it.

Slow slow slow slow slow, you get the picture. Takes 2 minutes to show results for one keyword, constantly kicks me out, i don't have time for this.Full of bugs, constantly crashes. I guess you get what you paid for. No thanks.

Super poor performance. Takes ages to load up and it's UI isn't much friendly either.

Sale Samurai is a joke. I will be taking my business elsewear as the most useful tool (the ability to view competition and key words) only works 1/3 of the time on a good day. When I placed my Sale Samurai on hold before, it kept crashing my Etsy page whenever I tried to search something in the Etsy search bar section. If this worked as advertised and functioned 95%+ of the time, I would continue using Sale Samurai, but this is inexcusable based on what they charge per month/year and how poorly of a job it does in "helping your Etsy business". Do yourself a favor and look elsewear. Your online business will thank you.

Doesn't working, I am trying to get help since 3 days, they are saying, extension is working from our side etc etc. They don't know how to resolve the issue that I am facing. They don't even listen their buyers. Waste of money and time.

Slow, and when you try to search keywords in chrome on the Etsy website, It gives you the error "Invalid response from the server" which makes it unusable. the site itself is ok but then again slow to get results.

Its fast but a lot of things N/A so not very usefull. A plugin could done more Etsyhunt make fore 4 dollar a lot more content and more quality (chrome extension) I know its new here so dont give up and make it better!

I heard great things about SaleSamurai from other sellers and decided to jump on the bandwagon. Out of the gate, I noticed how SLOW it was to do a simple search for keywords. The Chrome extension wasn't any better. After watching the tutorial videos to then navigating the page itself, I noticed there were many different updates since when the video was created. The biggest being that it looks like SaleSamurai shows more Google analytics rather than Etsy which is not what I am looking for. Extremely disappointed since I had such high hopes. Does anyone else recommend a better SEO tool specifically for Etsy?

Honestly, I subscribed for a few minutes and then I canceled. The chrome extension wasn't working. I didn't try the actual application but I was only looking for a good extension to use on Etsy. After reading through some of these reviews, I learned that the chrome extension has not been working for months now. Then I read a lot of horror stories that convinced me not to stay with this company. There are far better companies out there that have a better reputation I'd rather start my business with....

Seems to be scraping overall search volume on Google...not Etsy. I get the exact same results when I use the free "Keywords Everywhere" Chrome tool. I love Sale Samurai...but this tool doesn't give me the exact info I was needing.
