Poor customer service and communication - many other more powerful tools out there to to choose from.

Buggy as hell. I want to import something. But the page crashes. This costs us thousands of dollars. Super unreliable. And their service leads me through instructions I all follow, just to hear that their team is not working now... Happy to give them my money.

This became an essential day to day business tool for the past year. Realized today I'm locked out of editing my contacts and resources unless I pay $60 a month? Nothing warranted that high of a price jump, don't bother with this app.

Nothing wrong with monetizing a project that has grown significantly and is taking you more time. But turning a beloved free tool into a 89€//month subscription is like swapping a friendly handshake for a cold transaction. Let's keep it real. Why not offer a solid free version and making the paid aspects focus on things actual business would need, convenience, support etc. Or maybe $5-$10/month or a one-time fee, then maybe. But let's not lose the heart of what made this grow in the first place.

Really disappointed with Streak as a user for many many years. I was using the free plan. Went to enter a deal flow and all of a sudden the same futures that were free now required a paid planned. I would be happy to pay for what I was using as a small business owner but to go from zero dollars a month to $50 a month is simply outrageous. I only needed their basic services which suited me fine. I've since deleted them and moved over to HubSpot that has a free account and then a $14 a month plan. Much happier with the advanced workflow and all their additional features.

For the past month, streak has been crashing Chrome for me; I've been in contact with support and alerting them of the issue the whole time. It's a real shame, I did like the platform, but we are in the process of moving our business elsewhere.

Not worth the price. They also change pricing structures without any notice to users where you are then forced to pay their ransom to unlock your own data.

The removal of the free model and pricing it so high it completely outrageous. I don't know if I really got any notification that this was even happening.

Dang...I'm a one man show. Streak and Google Worksplace have been perfect at $15/mo. Now it's an additional $59/mo...lol Hello Microsoft!

Used to love streak. In the last month, whenever I have the extension installed Gmail becomes unusably slow. 3 second lag for any button press, scroll, or action taken inside of an email window. I've tried every possible solution on all forums, to no effect. The only solution is to fully remove the extension and restart chrome. I've scoured many forums and it seems streak's only response to these posts are "we cannot replicate this on our end"...which is my least favorite developer response for so many reasons. Please fix this I'd love to be able to go back to using streak and not switch to a new tool.

Hi all Users of Streak, Do you have any trouble contacting the customer service or sales contact from Streak? I have been trying to connect with them (Andrew Stewart and Olivia White) since December last year. Their replies came intermittently. They have gone responsive for a month since their last reply. Have you all contacted anybody in Streak that are responsive and is able to help in my queries? Please share it with me. Thank you very much.

It doesn't work maybe because I use it to Greece.

The plugin has broken the left side nav in Gmail. Now anytime I drag an email to a folder, the entire left nav turns white/blank. Cleared cookies, uninstalled/reinstalled, nothing helped.

The concept of this plug in is FANTASTIC! The free version Keeps crashing my chrome. Its such a shame, because the concept of the plugin helps me be productive but instead of helping me it keeps crashing =[[[

The Privacy policy outright states that it can access/ read /delete each email/files in google drive. Which I think is a gross violation of user's privacy. Also I find that data sharing with 3rd party is not clearly specified. I find this app to be huge red flag for any user who has sensitive items on google account, since this app will be able to access it all.

Been having problems in gmail integration for weeks now. It doesnt properly load for some reason, pipelines symbol keeps looping and looping. and therefore remains useless. what a waste

Great product. Terrible customer service

Used to be great. Then it stopped working completely. Can't even log in now. It keeps telling me to login. It goes through the process...then nothing. I've removed all other pluins, restarted my computer. Still nothing.

I am a current Enterprise customer and use Streak for my business. Streak is a great software WHEN IT IS NOT CRASHING. The software has been crashing sporadically the past few months and my team and I have been trying to work through it. At this point it is ridiculous how often the software is CRASHING WEEKLY. To make matters even worse, the Streak SUPPORT TEAM IS NON-EXISTENT. I have contacted them multiple times for answers regarding the crashes and they either don't respond or they tell me that they're looking into it and never get back to me. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOWNLOADING STREAK TO USE FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

privacy issues why does it need access to delete my google drive and files ?and see whos been shared to has nothing to do with gdrive

Gmail is warning me. I can't send email while streak is working. Unfortunately i am uninstalling it.

As of March 19, 2020, Streak is now garbage. Gmail warning me it's a deceptive site and I can no longer send emails with Streak enabled.

We have been using Streak for quite a while, on a paid Professional plan (that at 50$ per month per user is far from cheap); we like the app - although limited in its scope - but the reason for a very low rating is that the support is absolutely non existent; consistently, when we had a problem we either received NO ANSWER at all or just a kind but useless acknowledgement, without any consequence in solving the problem. We have issued still standing after months (one for all, formulas won't recalculate unless you manually edit the cells in the view, one by one). Latest, after a recent update API stopped working and... NO ANSWER!

Streak has not allowed me to view the information stored in my contact boxes for 4 days now. It will allow me to go into the boxes, but will not provide me with a preview of the box in the left hand column while working I'm through my emails. This has been a persistent problem and unfortunately also diminishes much of the benefit Gmail provides over an alternative email server, at least from a business point of view.

Some good features, but terrible customer service. Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. Also very expensive for what it does.

Absolutely 0 customer service. I got the trial version 1 week ago, The extension has a couple glitch, widget doesn't open or won't load, I've sent them a request 5 days ago, and still no replies. Great system, bad service, i'm out.

Ajax setup for progress bar was cool, but other than that, useless. It just slowed my gmail - click and watch the circle spin. Idea is good but no easy to access buttons and every time you want to create something, you need to watch the demo again to see it. Streak employees calling me dumb? Save it. I'm a user wanting to make life easier. Listen or be defensive but this was not that helpful for ordinary users that aren't API creators. I guess if you wanted to sketch out your entire workflow, this would be a good app, but if you want 3 boxes for new, in progress, and done, there isn't much need for the CRM in the middle. I have suggestions but I doubt this app owner wants them since their support only said "no humans available now." Whatever. I liked the idea but I'm still confused on how to integrate - this isn't the answer.

Does not work. Importing does not work, and support chat takes hours or the next business day to respond. I have a full paid account, and very poor support response.

I absolutely hate Streak. It forced me to use their "scheduled send" instead of Gmails and none of the emails would send. I try removing it and after deleting it I'm still having it show up. I hate this more than any Add-On I've used.

Not easy to setup. I was sent into an endless loop where this crummy "streak" asked me to allow cookies. I click on their button and it takes me to an article about cookies. A terrible waste of time trying to figure it out.

A great tool with many excellent features and offerings. HOWEVER, for some reason (maybe a bug, maybe alternative monetization) the extension is ramping up my GPU to almost 75%. When I disable the extension everything works fine again. Would love to update this when/if it is fixed... (Chrome 75)

Practically forced to install and it is really for business. Got a security warning from google. They should be shot. No business pushing this to homeowners.

Hahah, terrible product. I download it to my chrome extension, send several tracked emails to various test email accounts, none of them are even tracked. The feature doesn't seem to work. Easy come, easy go.

Not working on chrome. The setup pop up doesn't hide no matter how i click the next, next and finish buttons. Useless. Will uninstall now.

I loved Streak until today, when Google forced their new abomination on me. Streak removed the snooze function when on the new "improved" Gmail, so the only feature I used is gone. I kept refusing the new Gmail because Streak did not work with it. Snooze is the only feature I used other than the split thread function before I turned conversation mode off. There is no snooze function in Gmail unless you turn on the "accidentally delete all messages when you meant to delete just the one where the sender was too lazy to look you up in contacts and replied to a random email instead" mode, sometimes called "conversations" for short. Now there is no snooze in streak so it is dead to me.

I was using the free version and my Gmail on Chrome on a Win10 PC stopped loading. I disabled this program and it started working again.

A totally uncomprehensible tool!! Good may be for developers

I rate it as "HATE" to get your ATTENTION. The PC app is nearly exactly what I need. BUT YOUR ANDROID APP IS C.... (it rhymes with "app" and "rapp") It's the ONLY reason I am seriously considering eliminating it.

Doesn't work on my mac. The "sign in" splash page just hangs and it wont sign in.

Since 5/9/2018, my Streak extension in Chrome (69.0.3497.81) not working correctly, althoght I have removed and re-updated the latest Streak.

It is down server in 2 days ago. Streak does not reply when I send support email.

Have been using this as a single professional user (not free). Had to change my google user ID in my google apps domain - and all I want is streak to do the same. Emailed support multiple times - not a peep. Completely left adrift, cannot access my pipelines and notes. It is almost as if they don't use a CRM package for their own support. No chat available, either - just an unresponsive support email address. Will have to issue stop payment through the bank to stop them from charging me for a service I cannot use... If you are a small biz / consultant who may need support - move on.

Why it ask permission for "reading, sending, deleting" from drive and email ?

I wasn't even set up before being given a 14 day free trial countdown. IS NOT FREE!
