Message is not going, and it is very difficult to contact customer support. Only having WhatsApp number but there is no reply from them.

The technical support is very poor. There's no assistance available in Spanish. After moving the app to another device, it started showing multiple issues: messages are always sent to the same number, and the support team doesn’t know how to fix it. A terrible experience.

very bad services dont use this application your whats app acount will be permanently blocked my whats app number permanently banned i used paid version

In the trial period, works well but after payment not delivered a single massage, no customer support,no email reply. overall its a trap, be carefull. dont waste your money.

I got paid version. Good for sending Bulk messages. But not accept phone numbers from multiple excel files. If it take multiple contact no. multiple files and merge them, it would be better. Secondly if it would have got contact no. extractor and Group members phone number extractor, It had been far good. If it can send messages personally to group members, even then it would have been good.
