Youtube Address Bar Seek Time

While watching a Youtube video, it will modify the URL in the address bar to contain the video's seek time. Allowing you to close and reopen the browser to reliably continue the video from where you left off. Please note that every time the address bar is updated, an entry will be added to your browser history. To reduce this issue, the extension will only update the address bar every 5 seconds.
