ProfitTree – Etsy Seller Assistant

I bought the lifetime when it first came out. I struggled with the extension when it first came out as slowed my browser down. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the extension to give it another go. I even rebooted my computer. Now I can't even sign into the app. As far as the app itself the data isn't entirely accurate. I know because I see my own stuff in there all the time and the data is wrong on my stuff. I think they released it way too early. They funded the development by all of us who bought the lifetime. I actually would have paid for a month to try out all the features if I could get this lifetime version and extension to work. I'm out, tried too many times.

I paid for the lifetime access in 2025 and then they phased that out to require a monthly subscription. I signed up March 3, 2026 and installed this extension, but had to remove it right away because it made my computer freeze. I have another company's chrome extension theirs works like a charm.

Though they have solved the computer getting freeze problem but yet one problem is still live : Most of the times Etsy Radar fails to show the data of listings, sometimes it fails to show 'Demand Data' and sometimes 'All Metrics' and sometimes both. Error it shows : "No metrics available right now. More coming soon!" Also it's so frustrating to Log-In daily on the same device each day!! Good and useful tool but has many problems, developer is slow to resolve the issues!

I installed this extension in 2025, but had to remove it right away because it made my computer freeze. Feb 2026 comes and I read there were major updates to the chrome extension. Tried it again, but unfortunately I'm still having the same issues. I have another company's chrome extension for free and theirs works like a charm. I just hope ProfitTree can fix the issues with their chrome extension especially since it's one of the features that people paid for.

When the extension enabled the page not load at all, please fix this and make new update with the fix

The Seller Assistant Chrome Extension absolutely wrecks my computer's performance. Something is grossly wrong. Please fix. Would be very useful if it did not crush machine performance.

This app causes my computer to freeze even when Etsy is the only window I have open in Chrome. My computer has 32 GB of Ram. What gives? If it doesn't work on a pc with this capability, where does it work?
