Time2Read Estimator

FEATURES 1. Estimate the reading time across various websites. 2. Support for both English and Chinese websites (most similar extensions lack Chinese support). 3. Toggle the estimation temporarily with the hotkey Ctrl + Shift + 2. 4. Add URLs to a blacklist to prevent the extension from running on those websites permanently.
