Very poor customer care services support
Pissed of customer: customer service is terrible they talk to you and nothing gets fixed. I paid and was stuck on 10 limit import of my list and they cant figure it out.. telling me to delete the app and reinstall and clear cache and still nothing works and they are working on it and meanwhile I am losing money and they offer no relief nor compensation for my time. You may want to check with cleverly before using this.
Horrible. If the product isn't for you, they force you to talk to one of their salespeople to close your account so it's as hard as possible to do it since they operate on European business hours only. Really scammy behaviour, don't trust them.

I signed up for a free trial some time ago just to test the tool, and without any clear notice or even an email reminder, they started charging my account. What’s worse is that the subscription auto-renews silently — no monthly reminders, no confirmation emails, nothing. When I contacted support, they just pointed me to their Terms & Conditions and the fact that I had made a payment months ago. The truth is, I’ve been charged for over six months without realizing it, barely used the tool during that time, and they refused to refund the payments — only reimbursing one month as a “gesture.” Honestly, this feels more like a trap than a service. I expect better communication and transparency from any SaaS tool, especially one that targets professionals. Use this tool at your own risk. If you do decide to pay for it, be VERY careful with your subscription settings — and don’t expect them to act fairly if something goes wrong.
Trying to use this application but i can't as it keeps loading only. I complaint on mail as well but got no solutions for the same. kindly help me in this. Thanks
Still no a/b testing in all these years since they started. The work around is creating another campaign and splitting that audience in two but oh wait you can't split your audience because they make you manually click each one to do so. So if you have 100 or more forget about it it's taking you forever! This isn't made for marketers or people who run tests to improve campaigns, it's made for beginners with shiny tool syndrome.

Worst platform ever and it won't even let me delete it. Never put your credit card info in here, they won't stop charging you years out. THIS IS A SCAM OF A BUSINESS AVOID AT ALL COSTS AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They use to claimed that, It is undetectable but I got my account restricted and now they are not even helping me to pause my subscription.
0. none. nada. zilch support during regular business hours for USA customers. Got a problem? You will have to stay up until 2 am to chat with anyone!! OR msg them everyday; 1 msg at a time, wait for their reply then continue FOR DAYS!! To resolve an issue that would only take minutes IF you could chat during YOUR working hours. They do NOT care enough to hire ONE person to work the USA hours.

The extension is fine. Does the job. But the customer service is horrendous. The kind of service you get that makes you think the person on the other end should never be allowed to interact with people. You know, the kind that cite policy rather than make any effort to make the situation better. The kind of person who would rather be right than go off script in the slightest and make your life, as the customer, easier. The kind of interaction where you realize you'd rather go back to the drawing board, find a competing product that cares about how their customers are left, and spend your money with them. I honestly have no idea how companies like this operate - from my time in the tech space it really seems like they let the engineers run customer service - just no attention to the different skill sets required for each department. Anyway, good luck to them,
Extension is blocking access to LinkedIn campaign ads and campaign manager (should not do, it's poor move and totally useless) 1 star for dodgy practice
Utter shambles, support is no help. There are far too many bugs, perhaps it works well when you have a thousand or so connections. I have 29,000 and the app is too janky to deal with anything other than a small campaign. Support is frustratingly unhelpful too when they get around to replying. I'm off to find another solution...

Having been a dedicated user since the days when the platform was known as "ProspectIn," it's with regret that I make this review - Over the years, I had hopes that Waalaxy would evolve into a tool of unmatched prowess, especially given its pricing. Sadly, this has not been the case. To start off, the most recent price hike of 55% caught me off guard. While I understand that businesses need to adjust pricing to remain competitive and profitable, the short notice of just two weeks was a stark disappointment.
Started and stopped with the transfer from prospectIn - The very basic task of transferring a plain CSV file failed. The logic may be different in the new tool, but users from prospectin seemingly are loosing many hours of work. Its not rocket science to solve the issue and it is essential as well, that the names and master data ARE transported.
Good automation but account got suspended twice. Linkedin warned me to remove it or else my account will be permanently banned.

Kind of glitchy. Would import wrong variables to prospects saying "Walaaxy" instead of bakcup substituted phrase for company tag
Countless slowdowns and broken features + bugs. But on the rare occasions when it works, it is pretty useful.
