Just tells you to install another app. Should be removed from the chrome store if it's no longer functional, save us all wasting our time
IT DOESENT DO ANYTHING all it says is "Please download the new Vysor app at vysor.io and when u go there there isnt even an option to download for chrome os

Your app infected my phone. As soon as the download link was sent to my phone from the app through text, it deleted all my messages. I didn't even have to click on it; just as soon as I clicked on the send button to my phone to get the download link, it deleted my texts.
when u download this app they force you to download the app from website!
Purchased a 1-year sub and then app stopped recognizing subscription. Contacted support and never received a response. Not trusting any work Koushik "Koush" Dutta does from here on out.

I have contacted with you after a wrong purchase in 3 hours via email but you did not even reply it and ignored it..In your website it is written refund is available in 24 hours after purchase..It has been a week but still no answer...It is really shame!!!! ...

The rating is for premium. Do not buy, because the benefits work only from time to time, and only on one machine. I've tried to contact the developer but he doesn't answer.

I paid for the annual subscription, but after deactivating the automatic renewal it immediatelly stopped working as subscriber, even if I paid for an entire year! 10$ for 1 day of use. I already contacted you via e-mail and I didn't even receive an answer. So disappointing

Useless. Downloaded the Windows app, have to have phone connected via USB and resolution is horrible. Try to upgrade, but have to get the Chrome app for the purchase. Then from the Chrome App it says I need to use the desktop app for better experience. Back to desktop and have to train it that yes, I did buy the pro version. Still can't use wireless, USB only. Phone app keeps trying to get me to email a link to my desktop.
I purchased the upgrade to Pro but still no full screen. The same pop up says "full screen must be enabled in Settings". I did this more than once but message continues to pop up and no support and development department won't help. I will try to stop payment on my credit card for the "upgrade." I would no way recommend this app.
What I really hates, is an automatic renew without human support. I asked for a refund, no one aswered.
Requires Google Home, but doesn't work when Google Home is running. Set up Vysor, and as prompted, installed Google Home on my Google Pixel XL. Tried to use an app on my phone using Vysor, but every few seconds the app is replaced with the Google Home app, which is already installed, and set up. I have no Google Home products in the house, so there's nothing else to connect to or set up. But Google Home insists I set something up, and keeps interrupting my use of other apps through Vysor. Effectively I can only use Vysor for about two seconds at a time, which doesn't make it viable. No support.
I paid the year for this thing to go fullscreen. Only to find it won't stop reverting back. Very disappointed, think I will find something else.

DO NOT BUY PRO! I wanted the "Go Wireless" feature. As instructed in the desktop app, I came here to the Chrome app and purchased Pro in here. It did indeed unlock the Pro version of the desktop app. However, the "Go Wireless" button does nothing when clicked. I tried looking on the Support page of the website, but there are only three questions and there's no way to ask a new question. The link to the manual is broken. I then looked at the Refund page, and it says "Chrome Web Store purchases are not recommended. Chrome Web Store purchases are not eligible for refunds." It would have been nice to tell me that before I purchased it. I actually tried purchasing it with PayPal first, but it said that PayPal payments are not accepted for that purchase. So I used the Chrome Web Store instead. And now there's no support and no refund. I tried emailing the billing address and opening a GitHub issue, but after two weeks there's still no response. It's a shame I have to give it one star, since the free features of the app work great. But what I paid money for does not work at all, and there's no help.

This app actually deserves one star, rather than zero, because it's a good idea. BUT: I downloaded it, adjusted various parameters, and it worked fine that first day. The next day, and every day since, it won't work. It gives me the same message, "Visor detected an error with your graphics card. There is a possible solution available on the support page." Well, I'm retired, plenty of free time, so I went to the support page, found instructions for this "possible" solution, followed them, couldn't get it to work. Perhaps my version of Chrome, or Windows, is a later one than the one for which the "possible solution" might work; I don't know. But basically, I think it's not "an error" with my graphics card (which is standard; came with my Dell Computer about one year ago) but rather an error with vysor which simply won't work with an up-to-date, plain vanilla computer, Windows 10, graphics card.

Once an ad starts, it's over. You have to close the app in order to get to see the screen again. Not worth that hassle. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A lot of graphic problems and really has serious lagging
The app works fine, I was using it daily. And, I don't have a problem with the app showing ads. But I do have a problem when some ads changes the volume automatically without user consent. I was using the app while studying at a library and all of the sudden it stars playing a loud video even though my phone was in silent mode. I reduce the volume (again) thinking that I had somehow forgotten to change the setting to silent mode, but it play again.... I had to leave the library because I didn't know if it was going to go off again. This is unacceptable, please change the setting so that ads are not able to do that.
There is an internal audio record issue and display issue, screen freezes and resumes on click which makes it annoying and unusable. Useless app if you want to record videos

its not working
From today images are blurred and even some time looks like cleaned with a piece of cloth. Pls fix it ASAP. Device used Zenfone Max Pro M1, Vivo V11 PRO, Pixel 3, Samsung S8 Plus and tested in different laptops as well.

I bought the pro account for $10/year since the free account is almost useless. Used it maybe 2 or 3 times and didn't really find it useful Tried to cancel my subscription and the run around was mind boggling. Forgot about it, got another bill for another year. Finally called my credit card company to do a chargeback. What a hassle. You're better off not even installing it in the first place. Find a different solution.
This app is so fantastic. I have just downloaded it but all my work flow has been made easy.
You have to pay to unlock other features.....smh give it to us free...take that L
