Same issue others have reported. It doesn't work most of the time. Usually takes multiple tries each morning to log in because the LogMeOnce website doesn't see that the extension is actually installed. Support cannot be bothered to respond to requests.

They did an update (May 22) now it doesn't work anymore! Won't allow my to sign in anymore. Not happy.

EXTENSION BROKEN Has suddenly stopped working on Chrome/ Edge. Can login to the extension just fine, however, no popups/ LogMeOnce icons appear on any of my registered sites. Have tried extension re-installs and 2 different clean browser installs, but in vain. PLEASE FIX

When I tried to add a new account. Keep pomt out and cover the form data I've already filled. Also, can you notify the difference between AWS root user and IAM user? I also shouldn't save aws rdp password in your app.

Disable my adblocker for this stupid thing? F no.. Super happy with bitwarden

the chrome extension is causing me all kind of issues, I'm about to change to another password manager because of this

To be fair I've never used another password manager before so my criticisms might not be very applicable but: Interface is clumsy and not very intuitive. My wife and I have separate profiles on a shared family plan. We have given each other all permissions possible but can't give permissions to change passwords or make edits unless logged into that account. I deal with our finances and always have to ask her to log into her retirement or student loan accounts even though she thought she gave me full access. It was tedious to learn Logmeonce did not have this ability. I had to call the helpline to find this out and there was nothing they could do to help. When the chrome plugin is installed it'll create a password and profile as prompted when I make an account on a website, but it'll frequently NOT actually create a profile and remember the password. And in situations where I need to change the password, It'll generate, ask if it should save it, I'll click yes, and It's never changed in the vault. I end up doing a lot of email and two factor resets for websites with this. I tried to export passwords to upload into a new password manager and it wouldn't export profiles and passwords in a usable format. I mean it said it could, but does it actually? Nope. I'm basically just with Logmeonce now since I've learned to work around it's deficiencies. On the plus side the password generator seems to always work and provide the requirements for websites. I feel secure with the passwords and the login attempts are recorded. My gripes are user interface primarily. I just logged in now and it thanked me for a 5 star review. I definitely never did that, but I guess a good reminder to write an honest and disappointed review. And a good reminder to make time to switch to a cheaper password manger that might work better. Maybe the grass is always greener.

It has a nasty habit of not recording the passwords it generates, it makes me sign in every time I open the Chromebook, and then I often have to jump through all the account recovery hoops, because it refuses my password. I quit.

This used to be a decent password manager but after several updates it's just obnoxious and cumbersome now. Whether you're signed in to the service or not, you'll keep getting annoying popups to update passwords on EVERY site where there is a text box, it's maddening. The interface is absolute garbage and drowns you in useless features.

Disable my ad blocker to use the free version? GTFOH! Update 8/27/24 - And now you have to watch ads to use the free version. I'd ditch this extension in 2sec flat if I could find something else with 2FA.

Please remove the permission requirement to overwrite my New Tab settings. I really don't know why it's there, and it's very annoying not being able to use my own custom New Tab template. I'm removing two stars because of this. Otherwise, it's a bit slow but works correctly.

The extension's popup dialogs are annoying and the login functionality was poor. It is an extension with a lot of nice features regarding identity/credential management but the it's poor usability caused me to uninstall it. If the developer would like to reach out for more details I would be happy to provide them, as I think with some tweaks this program could be much better.

It wouldn't log me into to websites properly. I went into the things, edited them, and it still wouldn't work. Kept saying that I had put in the wrong username.

It was ok at first. Then I realized it did not work with one of the MAJOR security systems used by about 3 million users in my country. That took down 1 star. After reporting this bug I then realized it took a LOOOOONG time to get a response from support. That took down 1 more star. Finally I got a response telling me they would fix the issue but that they would not do it soon. It would come with the next planned release. And since SUCH a big issue mean so little to them that they dont want to try and fix it fast it took one more star. The overall arrogance should probably take down ONE more star but I will be nice and let them keep 2 stars since the product is ok when it actually DOES work with a webpage. Bottom line is.: if a company don't care about fixing things fast then they dont care about customers. I went back to the password manager I used before since they had made a fast fix I also reported.

It was great until the USB token stopped working in Chrome.

Like the app but it seems to be TOO unreliable while using Vivaldi browser. Click on the extension and nothing happens. Might have to give up on it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Wonder if there is a fix for it ?

This app activates my web cam automatically, which is not only obtrusive but prevents my screen from going to sleep via my power settings. Also, I don't want to HAVE to click a button to say "ok, I know I was logged out" when I'm busy, but dialog box won't go away until I do.
