Phần mềm Safe4Kids là một phần mềm chuyên dụng được thiết kế để giúp các phụ huynh quản lý và kiểm soát việc sử dụng internet của trẻ em. Safe4Kids được phát triển với mục đích hỗ trợ các bậc phụ huynh giám sát hoạt động trên mạng của con cái mình để đảm bảo an toàn và bảo vệ trẻ em khỏi những nội dung không phù hợp hoặc có hại trên internet. Các tính năng chính của phần mềm Safe4Kids bao gồm: 1. Khóa truy cập vào các trang web không phù hợp với độ tuổi của trẻ em: Safe4Kids cho phép phụ huynh tạo danh sách các trang web mà họ muốn khóa truy cập. Điều này giúp ngăn chặn trẻ em truy cập vào các trang web có nội dung không phù hợp hoặc có hại như các trang web chứa thông tin về vũ khí, ma túy, tình dục, bạo lực, chất độc,.... 2. Mặc dù đã cấu hình cho phép trẻ chơi tự do trong một khoảng thời gian nhất định. Có một số trang web phụ huynh cần khóa vĩnh viễn vì có những nội dung không phù hợp. Quí phụ huynh cũng có thể làm điều đó trong phiên bản này. 3. Giới hạn thời gian chơi game: Safe4Kids cung cấp tính năng cho phép phụ huynh giới hạn thời gian chơi game hay truy cập vào những trang web mà phụ huynh không muốn. Điều này giúp đảm bảo rằng trẻ em không sử dụng quá nhiều thời gian trên mạng và có đủ thời gian cho các hoạt động khác như học tập, giải trí, vận động,... 4. Cho phép đặt lịch với nhiều thời điểm khác nhau trong ngày. Ví dụ phụ huynh có thể cài đặt cho phép trẻ chơi một số game trong khoảng từ 11 giờ sáng tới 11 giờ 30 sáng, chiều từ 15 giờ tới 16 giờ... 5. Tính năng tìm kiếm an toàn: Safe4Kids cung cấp tínhnăng tìm kiếm an toàn cho trẻ em, giúp ngăn chặn trẻ em tìm kiếm những nội dung không phù hợp hoặc có hại trên mạng.
