WiseStamp Email Signature Chrome Extension

Deployment is broken. Can not recommend. When I audited Wisestamp at the end of last year, it seemed like a perfect solution - client side (better security), easy deployment, centrally manageable. Now it's the bane of my existence. First, users started having their images break -- why they were working before and suddenly stopped, I have no idea, but the only option provided by the support bot was to enable embedded images (which required a LOT of work on our end due to the fact we have a 365 deployment under a GoDaddy tenant under parent company). After solving all that nonsense, images worked but automated deployment doesn't. On 4 different computers (Windows AND OSX) running the most current version of Outlook, the plugin does literally nothing. Nevermind that the instructions on the deployment hub tell you to download the app (which only works on legacy Outlook - not clearly noted). The plugin instructions are also outdated. In any case, none of the provided instructions or troubleshooting cause the signature to show up. The only way to deploy right now is copy and paste which is not sustainable and scalable.

This has been my favorite signature extension for years. I started having issues about 4 months ago. I have followed all of the prompts. I have created new signatures. I have installed and removed the signature multiple times from Chrome and nothing has worked. Now the signature is simply gone and there is nothing I can do. Beyond frustrated and disappointed. There is absolutely no customer service and the system simply no longer works. Do not waste your time on money. Their software simply no longer works.

I have been using WiseStamp for years & whatever they've been doing recently has messed everything up!! Had issues like 6 months ago in 2025, but after days of frustration I somehow fixed it. Now once again it is wigging out & there is absolutely nothing I can do, I've tried EVERYTHING! It is so beyond frustrating!! My signatures keep duplicating everytime I move out of the email so sometimes by the time I'm done & ready to send- I see there is like 5 duplicate signatures. Also I have 2 signatures that I used to be able to choose very easily when drafting an email by clicking the icon. Now it automatically loads despite me not choosing that option, then duplicates endlessly if I dare to click out of the email. I didn't change a thing so clearly it's on their end & bc I paid already- I still have 6 months to go, but have already cancelled. I really loved my signature & the ability to make it animated. It really stood out among the rest. So disappointed, get it together WISESTAMP!

Ive been a Wisestamp user for years but since around fall of 2025 it simply does not work anymore. The Chrome extension works but it no longer automatically inserts the signaute and you have to manually add it in for each email which is really dumb. Support seems nonexistent and the AI powered chatbot does not really understand the problem or help in any way. Get your stuff together Wisestamp! At this rate I am going to cancel because its pointless, I might as well just use the built in Gmail signature option at this point. Ugh.

So incredibly disappointed in WiseStamp - I have been a paid user since 2009! Loved the signature, often referred it to people because they would ask me how I got such a great email signature. Then it stopped working completely in 2025 and support is NON existent. Multiple emails and tickets submitted, no answers ever. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one but I am extremely dissatisfied - and I still am paying for this thing! (I pay yearly). I do not know what is going on with the company but it's pointless now! The work around I have been doing (for now) is that I can copy and paste the entire signature into my gmail settings so it shows up still but the links are not clickable on phones - only on computers. Not great but is getting me through in case anyone else wants to try that until maybe this company gets their act together? What is going ON WiseStamp?!! I have even dm'd you on socials - and NO response.

Useless. Click on outlook, done and it disappears. Support is all abroad and they are also, well, hopless.

terrible, integration not working, waste of time

Have been having issues for the last year with a paid subscription, support has not been able to help.

I can't completely log in so I can't make/save any changes to my signature. It just hangs when I enter my password or try to log in via Gmail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and I've cleared my cache and spent over an hour trying to get into my account and I can't. I'd delete my entire account, but you need to log in to do that and I can't. This worked great for years, but now like many others, it's useless. I've reached out to their support team and got an automated response saying they'll get back to me within 72 hours. It looks like there have been similar issues for over a month now, so perhaps Wisestamp doesn't care?

Keeps dropping out, can't get it to work anymore.

Same problem as others - signature isn't coming up when I open a new email to compose. Please fix this problem. I have multiple email signatures and really love your product otherwise.

We have been using WiseStamp for 2 years and have loved it! A couple weeks ago I began having significant problems with it showing up when composing an email (we have 3 email profiles). At first I was able to refresh the page or log into my account and refresh google from there, but now that's not even working! Find the problem or remove it because I'm about 24 hours away from removing the entire extension and going with one of your competitors!

I am having the same issues as everyone else. I keep loosing my signature.

I am on the verge of dropping this app. I have been a paid user for over a decade, using it for multiple Google profiles. I have recommended it to many people. In the past two weeks it continues to fail, requiring me to re-install on each of my profiles, on a daily basis. Very frustrating and inconvenient to say the least. I have messaged support many times. Please fix this issue!

I don't know what is happening but in the last 3 days, my wisestamp signatures are not populating at all. I have 4 different signatures, and use them all daily. Prior to three days ago, wisestamp has treated me great for a year.

The extension is not working in my gmail. Whenever i change accounts it doesnt add the signatures. I have to access de website and copy it.

The extension has not worked since the update. It constantly prompts me to log in, and it appears okay, but I don't have access to my signatures. The developers have been "working" on the issue for over a month.

Since update nothing Work's. On a Google chat got disconnected and no one will reconnect! Been a customer for years and this has really made everything not work!!!!!

I want a refund, its written in your cancellation policy!

It doesn't deserve a star. Super complicated, zero customer support, the times to make an appointment with someone to help are crazy weird hours, they are not based in the US, no refunds, they make it look so simple but to do it for a couple of team member's emails was a disaster. Save your money....

Doesn't work! Waste of time and money

This software does not work for editing or changing signatures. A waste of money!

The extension does not work. I just want to paste my signature into my outlook settings not jump through hoops and not have the logo show.

Paid for there teams version, not able to use so contacted support which is all automated still no help, emailed there support gone backwards and forwards with them takes days for them get back to you. When I had the free version no problem once committed been a pain in the backside do not recommend. And try and get a refund good luck with that.

The worst!!!Why is it so hard to remove the signature??

The most difficult app to remove from gmail EVER. I've spent so much time trying to eradicate this app including everything Wisestamp have to say on their support pages and googles but it furiously remains and pops up to remind me every single time I open my emails. Thank god i'm using outlook now because I don't have to endure the misery of the worst app in the world.

Why do you have to complicate things? All for $3?

After removing the extension from the Google Chrome browser, after removing the WiseStamp signature from the Gmail settings again, their signature reappears in Gmail and becomes the default signature

TERRRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I have issues with the signatures not showing up on all Emplyees, only a selected few and i have contacted help, support, the salesman that sold me Wisestamp etc but no one seems to want to help me, they just take your money and run !!!!!!!!

Does not work on a Go Daddy Email since the update.

Updating now for 2026. I cannot believe my previous review is four years old. Keeping it below for the lulz. More fool me for sticking with this buggy app, and paying for it. I'm out of here. DO NOT USE and especially do not pay for this app. If only it were possible to give negative star ratings. ****2022 rating**** I have used Wisestamp for years, and recommended it to others. I have a Pro account, with 5 signatures for different Gmail accounts. Like other reviewers, I am suddenly dead in the water trying add a signature to email. I am given the option only for one of my signatures - the one that "owns" the account. Having this happen in the middle of a busy work day is **Massively** inconvenient. Fix or you will lose a (previously happy) paying customer.

How do I get my money back?? I paid for a year subscription and have only used it a couple of months....and I've spent more time uninstalling and reinstalling than it is worth. My email signature doesn't send most of the time and it's only me! I don't even have multiple signatures. VERY frustrating. I do not recommend.

What does it do? Nothing shows up in my gmail new emails. I tried all steps listed in troubleshooting.

Terrible. I have to uninstall and reinstall the extension all the time in order for it to work. When I spoke to support they told me there is no way around it.

it won't allow me to edit signature. i cannot get any response from support. very frustrating to pay for a service and not be able to use it.

WARNING. This has been a GREAT app. I have used it for three years. Recently (starting last week and now continuing on cyber monday) they have initiated an aggressive POP UP campaign... but the HUGE pop ups occur in YOUR GMAIL. It makes gmail unusable as the pop up is huge. On my work and home PC I need to reload to get rid off.. but on my mac I actually need to click on this agressive pop up to remove. So you authorize access to an app and then they turn that app into a pop up hell. I will not renew and have asked for my money back for the rest of my contact.

Used to be decent, was bought out and now spams your machine with adds. Awful - AVOID

I can't login in Chrome, just a circle that spins forever. I've tried clearing cache, disabling and re-enabling extension. I've tried logging in in Safari and edting my signature. but still -- emails I send using chrome do NOT contain my signature, only a link that's an ad for wisestamp !!! About to cancel my account .

When I had an issue I would get an almost immediate response but I'm have an issue in that the changes I am making are not updating in my signature. So far I've been waiting for 2 days and still no response to my issue. Since I PAY for this you would expect customer service to be much better than it is! Very disappointed!

This is an o.k. app. However, when you provide them your address, they spam you with their own push to upgrades, constantly, even if you buy in. Repeatedly put junk in your inbox.

it's not good

Used to be great. Now I can no longer edit because I cannot log in through Chrome! Loading circle just keeps spinning. :(

Was not posted that I could see that it cost money for it. So for me a no do, On Social Security there is no money for anything but groceries, paying house payment, and car.

6 bucks a month for something i can just add myself???! You people are insane! How about 6 bucks per year and i could see the value.
