In comes the All-In-One Coaches Tech System. This chat tracker plugin is part of the Coach’s Tech System. Here you can create a Chat Map - a list of chat message templates that you’d send to your ideal clients right from the initial chat to adding them to your Free Event (like a 5-day challenge). The Chat Tracker plugin will show you all the chat message templates. To use this, all you need to do is to open a FB messenger chat, click on a chat message template in the plugin and the chat message will be automatically pasted in the Chat Box. For every message you send using the Chat Tracker, the plugin automatically creates an entry in the ‘Customer Tracker’ inside the Coaches Tech System (complete with their FB and Messenger links) and moves them along in the board as you continue sending them messages. You can also find a list of all messages sent to someone by going to the Dashboard and clicking on the name of a person. Also, the Chat Tracker Plugin can automatically scrolls through to show you the next message, based on the last message sent to them. Also, using the Tags tab, you can mark someone as DNC and the plugin will show a red glow automatically if you’re trying to send a message to them. With the ‘Tags’ tab, you can create a new tag or add an existing tag to someone just by going to their profile or starting a chat message with them and clicking on a tag. With the ‘Add Customer’ tab, you can add someone to the Customer Tracker simply by going to their profile and selecting the board and the chat stage.
