Depop Bot - Bump | Refresh your Listings

DO NOT USE. It changes your listing... and removes the category you assigned it. I have over 40 items and now have to go back in to every listing to reapply the category ie make sure the coat I had listed was in the coat category and not unmarked. My likes have fallen off a cliff since using. Terrible

I have sent three emails to the creator of this extension with no response (I checked my spam folder!). I asked for help, assistance in understanding how the extension could be making a difference in the way promised, and finally just for the money back I spent for the year-long subscription. The only thing I can see that this does is rotate the items in my Depop closet. I can't see how that's particularly helpful when there doesn't seem to be any change in where my items land in search results, so I'm not sure how this is supposed to help sales. I see these other happy reviews. I don't know if the creator was more active a year ago and has now lost interest or if these are just paid reviews. I would really like to benefit from this extension, but without literally any response, I don't see how this was worth the money.

Unfortunately, this extension is completely broken. Wasted a month's worth of subscription for a completely useless extension. Don't waste your time. This use to be my favorite for over a year. It stopped working about a month ago and i tried to test it again today as I still have an active subscription until February. It will say it bumped all of my listings but in actuality it did nothing. Already uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.

I've been using bump for about a year now and recently it stopped working. When I try to follow or unfollow people using bump it'll say, "rate limited by Depop" and it'll be stop on whatever number it was on when that alert came up. I've been looking across the internet and haven't found a similar case so if anyone here is having similar issues lmk.

I would give 5 stars if I was able to use all the features. The "like" feature does not work properly, it should like random items from different users, however, it only likes items from 1 user at a time, even liking that user's sold listings. When I contacted support I was told that the reason this feature works this way is to "seem more normal for Depop" however, this isn't normal human behavior, its the opposite. People don't like 100 items from a single user including their sold items.. that screams "bot" The "unfollow" feature has an option for an "unfollow exemption list" it takes time to add user names to this list one by one, unfortunately, this list does't get saved, so you have to add all the user names to that list every single time before using the "unfollow" feature.. I am not trying to be that annoying customer, but when I paying for a monthly subscription I expect to be able to use all the features that come with the subscription I am paying for. The monthly subscription also claims to come with "pro customer support" however, after multiple emails, I haven't been able to get any solution for these two issues, when they do respond it sounds that my questions or requests for help is annoying them. If this ever gets addressed, I will update my review, because this extension has potential

Function is legit and great, but when I want to cancel the subscription, my bank card info still there and can not be deleted, also it's werid because I got charged for two months after I did not use it, I've sent emails to the support team twice and also msg them on instagram but get no responds, pls can someone tell me after I cancel the subscription, is that safe to keep my bank info there???
