How can you review something that doesn't work well enough to allow you to review it? I click on the extension from Chrome, a fresh install, and nothing happens. No menu, no options, no luck.

Very annoying extension. A pure bulllshit.

The app is not working and no error message is shown. Only a endless loading symbol.

A lot of bugs and sometime impossible to login, saddly forcing to update from the old and stable version...

Bro i swear to you, please please PLEASEE FIX YOUR EXTENSION. I NEED TO USE IT FOR MY REPORT. It takes a millennia to load or not even detect a page at all. Why make such an extension if you guys are too lazy to make it WORK.

It doesn't download PDFs, it take forever to load, it automatically signs me in to my institutional login every time I login to a Elsevier journal, booting me out of my personal account (I have to clear my cookies in order to log back in to my proper account with all my old references and notes every. single. time.). How can it be this bugged?

A month ago or more, it stopped importing PDF files. Now, Mendeley Web Importer is no longer able to import any information. Since they switched to Mendeley Reference Manager and their cloud system, the quality has been getting worse and worse! I can't give them zero stars, but they deserve it. I hope they improve or we will all migrate to Zotero or other systems.

Has not worked for uploading PDFs, its best function, in weeks. A fix is urgently needed as what is the point in having a reference manager if it doesn't have the PDFs?!?

If I could choose 0 stars, I would do it. Totally wasted. Terrible plugin. It log-ins for 1000 years (in good case!). I don't really know how Elsevier, big company, created so terrible program. Web importer even worse than Mendeley, which works in 50% of times I need it (maybe less). I want to work on my document, and not spend hours checking what's wrong with Mendeley.

This extension is always breaking, signing me out to the point it wont sign back in, not loading at all or saying its added a reference and it hasn't. I am 3 years into it and the fixes have never been made. If I wasnt this far down the line I would use another importer and reference software. I do not recommend.

Doesn't work. Absolute nightmare experience honestly just going to have to convert to another software it's beyond infuriating will not load no matter how many times you download, uninstall, clear history, cookies, cache EVERYTHING

This was great when it worked but now the web importer is not working. I hope they are going to fix it- it's a fabulous function!!
