Terrible shady company that tries to pretend to be Helium 10 in their ads and search results, and yet pales in comparison for functionality.

not getting reviews. over 10,000 orders and only 180 review requests sent. Their contact support is also poor. Not being able to get an answer or talk from chat option.

How can i deactivate my services. please inform me the solution.

already paid for 1 year but it is not working on my other account. They have not gotten back to me. Will modify review when then contact me.

Created an account not once, but twice and paid for 1 year both times. I still can not use this "extension" or account... it keeps saying my account expired, yet I have paid TWICE. So almost $400 for 1 year and no one has answered my emails and I still can not use it after 2 weeks. There is NO phone number to call, and emails go unanswered. About the only thing I can do now is call my credit card company and have charges reversed. Don't bother with these guys - find another solution.

unsatisfied with support, i purchased 1 month plan and they keep deduction money from my card every month, and support give no serious reply on time. never recommend to anyone.

I believe this extension or the captaina is stealing information. All of a sudden I was logged out of my account and my amazon seller password was changed. I had to change my password to what I wanted it to be. Looked for a way to delete my information from their system but could not find the ability to do it. Now, I am deleting this extension. I also looked for their name in my seller central app permissions, and did not see them their. But, I am pretty sure I gave them access. Overall, the worst extension. Because, immediately they cannot be trusted.

please be careful about renewal, it renews automatically without clearly asking for the consent, everything is automated except the membership cancellation

Signing up is CUMBERSOME - Support Non Existent. YOU CANNOT CANCEL after you Pay to Play. The Basic App DOES NOTHING - Zero - No Refund, Keyword or Searching for orders with negative reviews. Any positive reviews are fake. This thing is a JOKE - stay away.

They upgraded my account from $9.99 (Basic package) to $39.99 (premium package) without my permission. They also make it difficult to cancel your membership, there's no section on their entire website where you can click 'cancel membership' which is a bad sign of potential scammers running this company. My reviews haven't improved significantly and many features don't even work.

Can't gain any reviews, already 6 days with them and still 0 requests sent. No support or anyone who can help with this extension. Not the best app at the moment.

Do not waste your money! i repeat do not WASTE your money. 24/7 Support isn't VALID, if you want to cancel you get slow email responses. I have been using this service for 3 months! it stores your credit card details which you can not delete or downgrade your account to the free version, you can only UPGRADE, if you accidently click it BAM you get charged right away. The pro features DO NOT WORK at all you are just being sucked into spending more money per month for no additional benefit. You think you are getting reviews, its because after 20 days or so you can in-fact send reviews out to customers yourself on the shipped item screen inside amazon, all this software is doing is sending them out automatically after this time a certain time period, you may think its clever but honestly you are being ripped off. used for 3 months biggest mistake i have ever made, software claims its sends emails which get by by passed by junk filter... incorrect its just telling amazon to send the review email out generated by Amazon not by this software. Be aware 100% scam.

The credit card is bound, and the website does not have a button to cancel the automatic renewal. Once it is activated, the fee will always be automatically deducted, and there is no response when contacting customer service.

You just can not unsubscribe,There is no option to remove your card and they do not respond to emails that request cancellation of subscription,,Useless extension and pathetic Customer support--im writing a blog about them and posting on all major amazon pages so people stay away from them
