The absolute WORST and most inefficient app integration with the WORST/non existent customer support.
My office has been using this for a year and we have gave up on using this with zoho CRM. The auto phone call logging would be nice if it worked. But we have all had problems with it. The biggest on is every time we open a new tab with zoho it would open the 8x8 extension again. After a few hours you might have 30 tabs up all 8x8.
complete garbage. Definitely not "Plug n play" and support is an absolute joke. I've followed the directions specifically and when contacting support they have no idea what I'm talking about and even tried telling me this feature does not exist.
Useless. Honestly 8x8 is something to avoid if you want something beyond an individual cell phone number. Even then, the service isn't great. Been using it for years with my company of 50 people. A big reason I got 8x8 is it works with Zoho. But that's basically a lie. And they have ZERO clue on how to actually use the stuff they have.
Not sure how these other reviews have a 5 star rating... this extension is absolutely awful. Very clunky and laggy, basic UI, and it doesn't even call when using with Zoho. Support team for 8x8 is shocking too, they literally just point you to a support post online, which just shows you how to set up. If you want my advice, use a different PBX system!
