it's not correct that you can not find out the function to stop the service. Ok, you will reply me to write a mail to support@... but in any case it is still a missing function.. and it is a basic standard function for each extension or application. it's a mater of transparency!!!

Save your money and use the more popular 2 chrome extensions similar to this one. AMZScout is very dated and their extension is really slow and does't work, at all. I've summarized my thoughts with these 2 sentences but for a more in depth review read on... This is a complete and honest review from someone who spent their hard earned money. Like many, I was lured into purchasing the monthly subscription because I enjoyed the free trial the chrome extension offered. AMZ Scout was the very first free extension I used and then I downloaded the other popular one after this, Helium10. After my AMZ Scout trial was over, I ended up paying for a subscription with the competitor; however, their user interface was too complicated and didn't have some of the data that AMZScout had in their chrome extension like resell score, opportunity finder, etc. Back to AMZ Scout I went. I was very excited about trying AMZ Scout now that I had used Helium10 and was very confident to start using the extension. I paid for the monthly and not even 10 minutes into using the extension, I clicked it and it did nothing. I thought it was me, I clicked again and no data loaded. Helium10 extension was working fast with no issues. So I uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same issue. Contacted support, they advised me to clear cookies, uninstall, and reinstall. Tried it, still nothing, the extension still doesn't work.. I don't have time to sit and wait hoping that something as simple as a chrome extension will work. I want a full refund. I'm going with one of the competitors.

If there were 0 stars this extension would get it. Where do I begin! The sales estimations are so wrong even when looking at my own PL products. The self-promotions and advertising inside the tool make the software unusable. The extension keeps crashing. It baffles me as to how are these people are still in business? Move on and find another tool because with this one you will waste your time.

Downloaded the extension pro and used up all the free trial searches. Loved the product so I decided to buy the sellers bundle so I can use the extension more often.....after purchasing the bundle my extension still says i need to purchase it and it will not update or link to my amzscout account. I've tried to uninstall the extension and then reinstall it but still will not work or allow me to do any searches on the extension. Beware when purchasing this service.

Nothing shows when I want to find some data on Amazon by clicking the AMZScount icon. Sometimes it works well. But most of time, you can not even open it...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS EXTENSION.

In a very long time (until now), i have big questions when i try to use it. In most time, i can`t open the extension successfully. When i try to get the products date, click the extension button, no any response or wait a very long time (generally few minutes) to open it. Or when i click the button, the system require me to login, and after i write the username and password, press button to login, the page no response. I tried to contact AMZ Scout workers, they advise me to uninstall and reinstall. And now, i had repeated this action many times. I feel so tired to use a software like it.

I paid $200 USD in 2018 for these scumbags for a LIFETIME ACCESS to the AMZScout Chrome Extension Pro license. A year later, after going on a temporary hiatus I couldn't access the extension, as they claimed my license was expired?! I PAID FOR LIFETIME ACCESS. Three years later, these scammers have still blocked me from using it fully. App version: 2.2.5 Registered to: *********@gmail.com License type: FULL This is the message I get after paying for LIFETIME ACCESS: "Unfortunately your license for Product Tracker has expired. You can extend it here." I will be reporting to my local consumer group and filing a complaint.

I opt in to purchase the AMZscout Pro extension tool. After I purchased the extension tool, I received emails and links to various tools they offer. When I tried to start using the AMZscout Pro extension tool, it presented as if I was on a trial. I thought that maybe their program didn't update, or I may have to use all the free searches to kickstart my subscription. Turns out, they just redirected me to purchase their other software tools. When I asked for a refund (I purchased the tool 12 days ago), they told me that they couldn't give me one even though they know that their website is misleading and not user-friendly. In their cancellation and refund policy, they state that they have the right to close your account without warning and they owe you nothing. Be careful when you purchase from them. I think that their product may work, but I also believe that they will bait you in and mislead you in hopes that you purchase more products. The worst of all this is that they were unwilling to take the money that I did pay, forward it to the tool that I wanted, and offset the cost. They are rigid with their customer service.

Rubbish extension. Running 15mins with nothing responses. Very very very unstable software. Dont waste your time and money in this product service. Suck customer service.

Often unable to open or start very slowly, and sometimes unable to log in, has been stuck in the login interface!I am so disappointed by the AMZSCOUT compared to other similar products!One star is too much!!

Worst services ever! Once they will get a new extension, this one will stop working and everybody that bought this one won't benefit from any support or refunds, but yes,, they say it's for lifetime. Good luck on paying amz scout WORST tools ever.

The software can't always pull the data, and the data is not accurate, bad review

It stops working once you pay for lifetime and prompts you to upgrade to Enterprise membership. You can't go back without paying again. There is a 600 search cap every month and it is not listed on any of the main webpages. I found out later after speaking with representative that the search limit is listed on the terms and conditions. They intentionally listed it in the terms and conditions page because they know most people don't read the terms and conditions page. Thieves!! This is clearly a Bait and Switch tactic ! s.m.h. I hate a company who is not upfront with there customers and I really regret for signing up to a yearly membership. Once this stupid membership expires, I will switch to different company. Thanks AMZScout for not being honest!

Doesn't provide BSR (Product Rank) for Top level category for many products! Really frustrating to the job manually! The App tells that "Amazon doesn't provide a rank in a parent category for this product", but on the contrary Amazon does provide rank FOR MAIN CATEGORY and SUBCATEGORY if I click this listing and scroll down a bit until info section.

Probably good, if it worked properly. I tried it and it showed very few results in the major categories. Dunno what's up with that.

Attention! After the purchase I didn't get into my account anymore. I have forwarded the case to paypal and have not received my money, I have also not been able to use my profile. 100$ are lost. Attention scammers! During the trial period it was very slow!

no cancel subscription option, no way to see what your subscribed to, or what you have been billed for.

Paid for the subscription and it DOES NOT WORK!!! I have sent several messages with my transaction details and they have NOT responded. I think I am going to go to my bank and list this as fraud because it does NOT work and they have NON existent customer service.

Every Time I open AmzScoutPro it opens the video tutorials. Tried closing and opening multiple times. Same Video tutorial opens up. Very bad experience!!

Can not login in to another computer

I payed for the chrome extension and it working perfectly on Amazon.com but when i use it on Amazon European websites like UK, FR, DE it does not show any data and some time it will show one product!! I tried to contact Amzscout team via whats app and Facebook messenger but both account are invalid. I dont know what to think at the moment hoping someone from the support team will contact very soon.

This app is suck. I've paid life long. I've used it for few months, at the beginning it worked fine. But after one month it started to show nothing on the app or all the datas were blurry. I reinstalled it many many times i couldn't count, probably about 50 times. But now i've gave up. It just wasted my money and my time. Not recommended at all!! I will other app now. Don't buy this! You definetly will regret!

why search result showing only 2 to three results a page.if it is not working for indian marketplace you shd have quoted.if i am missing something revert back .had not expected such scene.when i need it the most in amazon 1st sale of the yr in india it is not working. pls reply

Never Make Payment .. they are frauds.. Fraud Company ,, taken payment for lifetime license and 2 - 3 times blocked my access to chrome extension ... and again blocked my access and not responding and asking for error screen shots, even after submitting error screen shot not replying on support, Pls dont buy their services .. i am reporting it google again for Refund and filing a legal complaint with google.

Not a fan of companies that do not post the prices of their products anywhere. I prefer companies that are transparent so I know what I can expect. I get that they are offering a trial period but I want to know ahead of time what the cost will be after the trial.

Based on their recommendations, I purchased the Chrome extension and selected the product, made the listing, and launched it. 3 months on Amazon with zero sales. I use the paid extension for almost a year It looks sophisticated and user-friendly for some functions but I'm not sure they use the right algorithms and process the right data to generate correct business-critical information that you can rely on when taking real decisions.

I wanted to see the ranking of books in a series and I managed to get something from this, however it wasn't massively helpful. For such a simple operation it was Painfully slow and the first time, crashed Chrome. I don't even want to imagine trying to use this for trend analysis, let alone paying for the pleasure...

Show nothing while I am using, additional, my google browser is the latest one, I would find other seller tool, it is a totally bad experience on this crab, not recommend!

UPDATED: I'm giving this app 2 stars given that the quality continues to drop. The Net Margin, Net Sales, and Estimates Revenue(very important metrics now reflect N/A across the board) and it's a pain reaching out to this group. All you get in return is a bunch of 'I'm very sorry's' vs action. And the developers seem to be extremely passive and stuck in their ways to resolving issues. They seem to be more interested in a tool they want vs customer need. This group seems young in maturity as well and are not very customer-driven. I doubt they will be around for longer if this continues. Past: I'm given this extension 4 stars only because they have more room to grow which is a good thing! The product that I think is a good investment would be the pro version chrome extension...I do NOT freely give out recommendations but I would recommend this to anyone looking to get started with Amazon FBA! Think twice before purchasing. There is no easy way to cancel nor is there an option to do so. It has taken me one full business day wasted and I still haven't been able to cancel.

The extension was ok but one thing ,I can change the login account for the extension,I changed my laptop and login with a wrong email ,now I dont know how to change it to the right one that I paid for 1 year use...I contacted with the client support group but no one answered me ..omg ------------------- the most horrible thing is ,the company always change the vip plan and ask for more money ,what a scam
