We've been trying to export reviews from Amazon to our Shopify website. Unfortunately the plugin doesn't work at all.

I can only add a limited number of reviews. Even after upgrading to the pro version, I still can't add many more reviews.

I feel scammed! I bought the Pro version for a research project and it worked well, but the next day I was logged out of the Pro feature and didn't know how to login again. I emailed them for help but after four days no response yet so I feel complete it scammed! The app works in the free version but I don't advise anyone to buy it. Now I need to figure out how to cancel my subcription too. If anyone from the support team reads this, please send me an email. I want to cancel this subscription ASAP. I'll raise a complaint with Google if I can't receive a response or confirmation of my cancellation.
