It doesn't play anything. I can't even disable it from chrome extensions..
The app crashed every time I tried to connect it to Chromecast.
To good to be true
this is for tone deaf illiterate children.where is the music?under jazz i found no jazz.thank you.i have to leave now.thank you.
Useless to me! Why would I login if it doesn't connect to my Soundcloud account? Totally useless feature. The app it's self is overloaded with stuff, but not the useful stuff.
First thing I saw was an ad, so instantly gets a negative review.
its ok
I was very excited about the look of the interface, but once I started using it I grew less and less fond of it. It seems buggy when I try to play music in a playlist I've made, and also when I tried to shuffle it worked fine, however I could not figure out how to turn it off. Pressing it again would just shuffle it again. It would also sometimes have trouble understanding "Play this track now" and just wouldn't play the song, which got very annoying quickly. The soundcloud website doesn't look as nice, but I'd rather just continue using that because I now prefer its simplicity.
Features like mPlaylist are now broken, and the extension is sorta buggy, it's still the best way to queue up soundcloud tracks and sort music by play count, length etc.
I would rate it a five if it wasn't for some recent bugs or what I suspect are bugs (speaking on both the Chrome and Android apps). I turned the volume up on the Chrome app yesterday. Since then I closed the tab running the app and had my laptop (PC) in and out of sleep mode. Today when trying to listen to a Soundcloud embed through monitors powered by an amp that was turned WAAAAAY down, the audio came out so loud that I was scared my speakers would blow. I blame this on the app for a couple reasons: (1) I experienced a similar problem while using the Android app (which I uninstalled yesterday) with headphones. I very recently almost blew my eardrums out(and I actually started experiencing other audio issues that I believe are related to the app too, e.g. my phone's mic now routes audio to my own ear piece, so I can't talk to anyone). (2) As soon as I re-launched and loaded My Cloud Player, the volume came down to reasonable level. To me, there is DEFINITELY a link between using this app for Android and Chrome and potentially damaging audio problems. I'm going to send this review to the app's developers so they no what I've experienced and see if they can fix it (THIS WAS MY FAVORITE APP 'TIL RECENTLY... hence the 3 stars). Maybe they can help me fix my phone's mic too. PS. I don't like that my name and Google+ profile pic will be shown with this review, but since this is a lengthy and relatively serious review, I'll let myself be identified.
extremely confusing o0
I couldn't sign in/connect through my gmail account. It says try again after sometime, been trying for hours I hope the issue is solved asap. It misses Soundcloud "like" button and also "follow" buttons. If that is made available the app would become better.
Great interface and functionality, but it can play only 33% of the songs in my favourites. Anyone knows why?
it won't save my playlist. don't know why
