Expungement Tool

This extension allows for the auto-generation of expungement documents from the Maryland Judiciary Case Search. The user can process multiple cases at once and view each charge within a case. It additionally provides an estimate of expungibility via a color code. For example, green indicates a likely expungible case/charge, yellow a potentially inexpungible case/charge, and red a likely inexpungible case/charge.
