Datanyze Chrome Extension

Always having to navigate to a profile page or use LinkedIn search even when I am already on the LinkedIn page. Please fix your app.

Do not purchase a subscription to Datanyze, it hasn't been working for weeks. The developers supposedly "fixed" it, though it appears to be a temporary solution as it is no longer working for me again.

It works for too inconsistently and the support is AI and offers no help!

No all of a sudden my account is not popolating the data - 15 emails to tech support and no one response. Frustrating.

I would NOT RECOMMEND buying this. It frequently drops off and does not give information. You install the extension & works a couple of times and drops off. There is no where to lodge a complaint by email and no one respondes when you you send a message on their site that you want to cancel. I'm at the point of having to cancel my credit card to get rid of it.

I have just been informed by Google that this extension violates their web store policy. I am cancelling my subscription.

a great tool, which is worthless when their payment systems don't work. Emails are completely unattended, I really wonder if it has shut down.

Love the product NO SUPPORT at all. Trying to update subscription! The links do not work & I cannot renew my subscription.

Great product, but poor service. I have a technical issue and there is no one to contact. I have emailed the address at the bottom of the page and have never heard back.

I love what Datanyze provides but I can not get any response back to update my billing etc, and it continues to tell me an error occurred. I've emailed at least 4 times over the last 3-4 weeks with 0 responses.

Hello Team Datanyze, We have been using this tool since 2021 and till 2022 we used enjoyed free trails, paid subscriptions. April 19th 2024, Chrome, uninstalled and installed twice, not working at all. Figure it out.

Is not working and no one help us.

Changed password twice and when I go to enter the password into the extension, the system doesn't respond. The enter or verify button doesn't work. So I can't even invoke the application.

The extension is totally blank when I click it. Nothing seems to work and I can only see a white background while opening it.

Used to work very well. Was dead easy to use. Not sure what happened there but the extension doesn't work. Will switch to another vendor.

How to login! This extension is showing blank, I guess it needs login and for that we have to pay? If yeah then please do not call this extension FREE... Call it Freemium and we understand...

Apparently even though they market this on their website as a "free tool" it isn't. After you download the plugin you get directed to a page from Zoom info, and they ask for your contact details. You will later get a call saying that you need to pay for the service. Super Sneaky.

FIND IT REALLY VERY VERY VERY HARD TO SIGN UP IT KEEP ASKING YOUR BUSINESS EMAIL ADDRESS AND KEEP TRYING SO MANY MANY MANY TIMES BUT STILL IT DOESN'T WORK????????????

It's not free extension. You have to signup for Zoominfo then you can use this extension.

You can no longer use it without paying 5-20K usd a year... I have been beta testing a new company on the block and they track the technology very well... Datanyze went enterprise and closed of for the world...

These guys are morons! The app does not work without signing up. And you can't actually sign up. You have to submit your information and wait for them to contact you. And that never happened, by the way.

Free tier was disabled without communication about a change in TOS. Tons of roadblocks introduced recently to get the trial working. Hours of emails and webinars.

despite the great expectation that i could use this 'seemingly good tool' quickly after adding it to the chrome extension, it didnt work that way. customers would be glad if they could know BEFORE they add, that they had to wait to be called by a datanyze sales person in order to use this. still waiting to be called to use this tho

It seems that this extension sends to its owner not only names of websites I visit, but also the content of pages opened in tabs! If you a software developer you can see that from the Network tab of the background page of this extension. Such an approach of collecting info about websites is a privacy killer. If you care about your personal data you should not have this add-on active in your browser. Uninstalled.

Tried to set up an account...I was forced to fill in the slot for company name even though I am not a business owner. Was sent an email in order to verify the account and then I get a big red fail notice saying I could not have an account set up. WTF? 99% of these people giving out glowing reviews, must be friends of the developer or they were paid to do so. I will be telling everybody I can how this app is advertising that it is free for everyone when in fact, it only wants members who own a business and I see that the app is only free for a trial period. Be honest and quit wasting the time of others please!

found 1/100 emails have other free extensions that yield 5/10. a complete waste of time

the button has some problem.

I’m unable to access my account. Each time I try to log in, it asks me to verify my phone number. However, after clicking “Verify,” it automatically redirects me back to the login page without completing the verification. kinldy fix the issue.
