I tested the recording feature for a minute and it works perfectly. Then I record for around an hour, and the processing never ends. I figured it might be because of the free plan storage. So I upgraded the next day after recording, and it is still processing until now (five days later). They don't reply the email (I use different email since somehow using my account email is blocked). The reply on the chat box but it is not solving anything. Not even trying to help by asking for more clarification. Useless.

Another once-great app that a developer ruined by implementing too many features rather than just LEAVING IT ALONE! The extension used to work flawlessly. Now, the developer implemented some stupid controls, and I can no longer click anything on-screen when I'm recording. I've tried switching tools--nothing worked! Completely USELESS now! Will be uninstalling and finding a new screen recording app.

I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of support! I sent a request via the online form, on the live chat and via email. There's no response anywhere! It says unlimited recordings on free membership but two videos didn't get saved due to a space constraint. I wanted help in getting these recordings of 18 and 20 January, as they were extremely crucial but nobody responded! If anyone is reading this please guide me on how they can be retrieved!! Also every time I download the video, it doesn't have audio. What is the solution for this?

its not free at all. If you download video it says the format is not supported in windows system for audio

Did not work. Vimeo worked.

During one moment this recorder stopped working. When I click download they were first downloading a gibberish, not a mp4 file, but now they don't download anything at all, no matter how many times I record smth and click download. Sometimes they turn on camera and annotating tools even if I deselect it. Buggy tool. And they even want us to upgrade to Premium after not working properly?!

The description of this extension claims that there is no lag in the recordings. However, three seconds into my recording, all I got was lag. The screen didn't change a single frame for over a minute, even though the screen being recorded was running smoothly. The audio was absolutely awful and you could hardly understand what was going on.

Used to be quick and easy way of sharing screen recordings. Now you need the other party to sign in. Will not continue to use it.

Must be fake reviews. You can create videos but you can only pause them. No ability to control what you watch as in jump forward or back.

dont know how this got so much 5 starts but judging by the text in the reviews, its gotta be bots. this extension doesnt do a damn thing, you record a video and save it to some sort of a corrupted mp4 which cant be used. waste of my time.

Outputs corrupted video files, unplayable files that look the right size but do not work. Hours of video production ruined because the software looked like it was recording but just dumped out broken files. Apparently I'm the only one.

Just cost me my IIT PHD entrance exam. It just froze and showed me an error screen when I stopped recording and pressed download. Fully lost my screen recording which is crucial for evaluation of the online exam. Wouldn't recommend it to a dead body.

when I try recording it won't use the mic, that's half the reason I need this app and it dont work

It looked very good to use, and I was optimistic. I finished the entire recording. The video was fine, but listening back, the audio sounded muffled, like it was in a glass cup. Far from ideal, not as clear as I had hoped it would be. Sometimes things really are too good to be true.

It is very easy to use and works really good untill I want to open the downloaded video with a video edition software, the compression mode is not compatible with any program in my computer or any app in my phone, I have the file, but is useless.

This works as intended. But I am confused about the 24 hour file limit? I was under the impression files are stored locally on your machine, is the recording of my browser being sent to a server somewhere! if it is stored locally, then the app must be accessing this file location and deleting the file of my machine which seems very invasive.

Hello, Many times I have that the ongoing recording crashes, seems there is a upper limit to the time it can record. Please let users know what is the time limit it can record the screen. It should give some alert that time is ending and so user can save the recording. Thanks.

It's having a hard time processing my 1hr video until now, it's still saying "video processing". Though the 1-3 minute recordings worked perfectly fine.

Since the update, I am unable to record with my mic. Confirmed permissions in system settings, privacy settings, and browser settings. Also confirmed mic is not muted. Laptop shows that mic as 'Currently in-use' when recording, yet videos have no sound on playback. Very frustrating to record an entire video only for it to have no sound and have to try again.

Quick Recording option is required. I dont see any option to change the Download location.
